If it was dropped and screen has some brightness and cables are connected what is a likely cause of a blank screen? No obvious physical damage. Phone makes a noise when plugged into a charger.

if your screen came with sealant remember to put that on he didnt do that here

It is more than likely a battery issue need replacement if bootlooping

check that you dont have the front camera/speaker connecter upside down where it plugs in.
