@@redcastle3522 not at all mate, every driver has a way to be prepared to the race. While Carlos prefers to be more energetic, with box trainings and stuff. Lando prefers to be more relaxed. It depends on each driver, and don't means who is better or not. Both are great drivers, they're just unlucky to be on the same grid as Hamilton
humour is actually one of the best ways to help someone prepare for race. The endorphins released from laughing will keep Lando more focused and alert on the track. It has shown as well in the drivers championship and at Monza. He gained 2 places in the race but it would of been 3 if it weren't for the red flag. Also this only his 2nd year.
Lando's talking about Stroll's "free pit stop" at the end of the race is probably the most pissed off I've ever seen him (probably the only time I've ever seen him angry at all)
Lando’s track engineer is also Spanish (Jose), idk which one of them popularised the phrase among the team but he says it to Lando over the radio all the time. So even after Carlos has left I’m pretty sure vamos will survive haha.
Ferrari should probably learn from Mclaren on how to treat a driver even if they are leaving the team next year. Carlos and the team are such a strong group. Congratulations Carlos and Lando for the great results :)
Agreed, everytime I watch one of those mclaren videos it always seems a very nice and positive environment to work in. Everyone knows what they have to do and support each other to go further.
When both of your drivers finish in the top 4 bringing home 3️⃣0️⃣ points for the constructors championship, finishing above both Mercedes and red bull and both sounded like they had as bad as a weekend as Ferrari on the team radio at the end of the race, you know you’ve done something right. Really Gasly also deserved this win. First race leading and he didn’t crack under pressure, stayed in front with the 5th or 4th fastest car against the second fastest car. Plus what the safety car took from him last race it gave it back to him. I’m a Carlos fan, but its hard to say Carlos deserves it more when Gasly also did a brilliant job

I came back here to re-watch this Monza 2020 after seeing the amazing result of Monza 2021. The two McLarens were disturbingly quick back in 2020. Them progressing to obscenely (in a good way) quick in 2021, with a clean sweep in the points results for the weekend makes me eager to see the Unboxed episode for Monza 2021.
Carlos looks like Lando's dad (Norris looks like a high school teenager). This duo is amazing. I'll miss them next year. Wondering what Danny Ric and Lando can do together. Wishing Carlos an amazing future at Ferrari and all the best to Lando Norris.
