"Kyunki tumhaara dimaag problem bana leta hai jab uske paas koi problem hoti nahi hai" So true man, the way I see it is, our mind is programmed to search for certainity jn everything, but real life is pretty uncertain. So when we keep dwelling in the uncertainity of future in our mind, our mind desperately wants certainity, and hence goes into panic, becomes anxious and leads to other mental health problems. We just need to accept a good amount of uncertainity in our lives, let our survival instincts keep on seeking certainity about the most stupidest, imaginary scenarios in our head, but you should be fine adjusting with uncertainity.
Very well said. Experiencing and thinking about something are very different. Experience gives peace , satisfaction and recharges us. While thinking only drains with not much success when same situation reemerges.Silence of mind is very refreshing indeed.
@@ExplainerGurus by interesting what I meant was that it was something which I never knew before and it made sense to me I will dwell deep into the subject later

Bhai what should be the balance between experiencing the moment and saving the moment as photo or video to experience nostalgia in future? Am i the only one wondering?
I think it's what he said we should be so involved in the moment that a thought or that filter never comes to mind (don't know it's just too complicated)
If you feel like capturing a moment that you find pleasant then you should go for it. If you capture a moment just for the sake of some IG likes then that defeats the purpose of experiencing.
I would rather experience the moment than clicking photos and saving for future because in the future the experience you'll get is soo less than you would've got if you would have experienced live
by narrowing your breathing using your tongue and your throat you increase electrical activity in your brain and body through neurons. Our Brain is connected to our entire body, every single neuron is connected, whenever you feel tense, stress, pain, weakness that is because the neurons in those areas are closed off and dark. Our neurons emit electricity and emotions. Our bodies are always feeling emotion due to our heart always pumping, that is how we feel our body’s without being stimulated by them. When an emotion tries to go through a neuron that’s closed off it gives you pain, stress, tension, weakness. Our bodies are like machines, when the electrical output is too much for the machine to handle it gets hot and explodes, making someone angry and tense disrupting their brain and body flow. It is our breathing that allows our emotions to flow smoothly throughout our body, which allows an efficient electrical output within our neurons affecting our entire nervous system which runs all through our brain and body. when our breathing becomes narrow, smooth, and stable it gives our bodies the opportunity to open those neurons and bring light to what was dark, strengthening every neuron that was in the dark and disconnected from the rest, bringing strength to our brain and bodies allowing us to continue to strengthen our connections filling us with light which gives us what machines need to operate. Power

That's the whole purpose of religion/spirituality, to help you in your bad times. And bad phases are inevitable in life. It's better to have some form of spiritual practice that can keep your mind calm.
