Why would you leave your sister there with an abuser! Also why was Whitney holding amber back on the stairs and not Johnny, wouldn’t you be trying to hold back the abuser. A lot of their stories if you listen and go back make no sense at all. This all comes down too, they wanted to keep the money and penthouses and pissed the media called amber a gold digger, so made up this elaborate lie about abuse, to make amber look like a noble survivor of abuse and get his money! They ruined an innocent man’s life for money and fame, it’s so sad.
She speaks so much like Amber. Her wording and intonations are just like Amber's....almost like they were coached by the same person.

I just can’t with this low-life, bottom feeding, entitled group of people. “The night he terrorized OUR apartments” Sickening that they all played their role in hopes that Amber made out with millions of dollars, multiple multi-million dollar properties, brand new vehicles & an endless flow of cash for her “spousal support” So essentially they expected for Johnny to continue to furnish their life style of debauchery even after the divorce. And they did all of this even though they knew their lies would destroy someone who not only wasn’t the abuser but was actually the abused. They all behave like extremely narcissistic, egotistical, manipulative sociopaths. You can’t tell me they weren’t ALL keenly aware of Amber’s extremely clingy, demanding, self centered, violent behavior. Regardless of what lies Amber might have told them they had to have known she was full of it, and I’m sure they chose to turn a blind eye solely bc of greed.
Exactly. Adam Waldman was right about everything. They met with her publicist and lawyer to proceed with the hoax and attempted extortion of Johnny, based on all of Amber's lies.

@@Hey12011 Recently, when listening to Rocky’s testimony…I picked this up…when Blair asks if Amber had injuries, she claims she couldn’t see AH’s face because it was pitch black. Then how was she able to tip-toe over the broken glass? It’s sad that Adam lost on his statement that this was a hoax. I have always thought this was planned out. So much evidence to back that up.

She found it so important to write it down and preserve it, because she felt she may be called to testify about it (this exact moment) and yet, now she has no idea where or what may have happened to this very important document that she just claimed she preserved for this exact moment.

I’m just getting to see this all now, I love the part when she tells Blair it was pitch black in the bedroom and she couldn’t see Ambers face…yet she was able to tip toe over the broken glass. Blair wasn’t buying any of it. Especially the part that they both wrote everything down that night…how did they know there would be a reason for it at that time ? It shows they were in cahoots with Amber to frame JD.

"Did someone ever communicate with you about what you'd put in writing?" That long pause in her dialogue before answering was a dead give away that she's lying. Which we all knew anyway. Then looking over in hopes that she would'nt have to answer..then go on to say "The night that he terrorized our entire floor of our apartments" Dude...they weren't your apartments..you were free loaders taking advantage of a man who was being abused by his mentally ill gold digging wife. What a disgusting human being!

Yes poor thing , I heard her say he told her, her friend , Josh all need to get out. That was just horrible to her.Has to work now, stop free loading off people that your stabbing in the back and trying to eliminate him as it’s nice to live free . I couldn’t stand listening to anything she said, she lied the entire time. She said amber’s room was pitch black, but managed to walk barefoot with so much glass on the floor to amber’s bed. Then to say she didn’t know if she had injuries on her face! You are her best friend she told you about the entire fight but she would leave out getting beat up by man and then have no injuries. They literally went to Coachella that day and pictures were taken of amber with no marks anywhere. I can’t believe how these people lied and ruined an innocent man’s life!
She woke up when she opened the door and the light flowed in, two seconds later she had to step over glass bare foot climb in the bed and shake her awake 😂
It's so much worse than that, and Depp's dumb lawyer didn't catch the blatant inconsistencies with the whole bedroom thing.
According to Rocky:
1. Rocky woke Amber when she opened the door and the light shone in.
2. Rocky tip-toed over broken glass to get to Amber, then woke Amber.
3. Rocky couldn't see Amber's face because it was PITCH BLACK in the bedroom.
1 and 2 are clearly contradictory. And then...
If it was pitch black, does this mean she closed the door behind her just before beginning her perilous tip-toe over the broken glass, again, in PITCH BLACKNESS!? Or does it mean that the door closes automatically, either by design or by poor hinge adjustment, and if either, does it close slowly enough for Rocky to navigate the broken glass, before finally enveloping the room in blackness?
Doesn't take a genius to see this blatant contradiction in her testimony, so why didn't the effin lawyer catch it?
Maybe she did and was letting her carry on talking!

I had to rewatch that section three times because I thought it was me that somehow misheard the testimony the first time, and that's why the lawyer didn't rip her apart, but nope, Rocky said what she said, and million dollar lawyer just happily carried on.

Thank you for sharing this final depo of this lunatic. All this lying from the free loaders and none of them have anything to do with her anymore. The money well ran dry and they were all exposed for their lies. What was AH’s leverage on them? We’ll never know.
Don’t think that when all is lost that AH won’t come after them for their failure in changing the Outcome.
She AH sued everyone on her team Why wouldn’t she go after the people that lived off JD and her .
Amber lied to all of them. Never underestimate the manipulative tactics of the narcissist/psychopath. I think Rocky knows now she was lied to. That's why they are no longer friends.
I believe AH was a tad bit cocky and thought she was going to win 100 mil! I also believe she promised to give them a little bit of the money..! Both of them are so EVIL!
The look on her face when asked to bring her phone in next time 😂 And she was defensive the whole time, that's not what you do if someone had done such awful things to your 'best friend'.
Exactly my point, if my best friend was being abused by her husband. I would say here is my phone my computer my iPad. Look at everything! The fact both of them refused to bring their phones is a dead giveaway

She was upset that the divorce filing would be public but she willingy went to the MAIN courthouse entrance with publicist under her arm and with the "bruise" on her face and alerted the TMZ 🤡 Oh I get it, she was only upset that she will be called a goldigger, not about the divorce, not about the "abuse". Clown show 🤡 Oh but first they were ordering pizza at the publicists house (the pizza was VERY late btw). Sorry I miss the chat so I have to rant this way. 😆
Lol. Exactly. Then she was so shook up and scared after the phone incident. But she's since declared some truely horrific abuse horrors that could have killed her, but stayed with him. Yet a phone hitting you is terrifying. 😂😂

I mean rocky slipped up, she was more upset the media was calling her a gold digger, then they decided to meet at amber’s publicist home with Amber’ lawyer. So this was over how amber looked, and came up with an abuse allegation to make amber look like a survivor. It sickens me to the core how these women lied and ruined an innocent man’s life!

This is the first time I've seen this, and it struck me immediately how she sounds like amber in her deposition. The cadence, the looking at the lawyer for guidance/approval in the answers. The blatant coaching in her answers. The whole situation is mind boggling. I love Blair's patience i would have throttled the lot of them by now😂

Rocky also said SHE took the dogs out to use the restroom and got Amber coffee when she got off the bed. She TOOK OUT THE DOGS… The same dog/dogs that pood in the bed. Of course it was easy to avoid the glass all over the floor too with the strip of light under the bed.
Oh the absolute RAGE I feel for what it takes to be so evil that you use a man for everything material he can do for you, trips around the world, fancy condos, 100’s of thousands of dollars worth of wine etc and God only know what else to then turn on him and support a narrative of lies in hopes that you can keep your free ride. These people KNEW better than ANYONE how gentle he was and how volatile she was. Horrible POS

Hahaha...She says that JD threw AH phone, and then AH had sent Rocky a text later to basically give her a heads up about what was going on. So how does that work if she didn't have her phone that was forever lost.

But why was scamber so terrified and shook up. This night in question was nowhere near as bad as what had happened on other occasions but she still begged him to stay. Yes that infuriates me too because we all know she had her phone, but they lied and said it was the iPad amber texted. I wish they demanded to see amber and Rocky’s phones, if you have nothing to hide. Just give your phone up. I think what makes me the craziest, is the fact rocky was able to get to Amber’s bed so easily barefoot in the pitch black room with a ton of glass on the floor, I wish they questioned more of that. Also the fact Rocky won’t say she had no injuries to her face. She’s your best friend, she would tell you if a man beat her up and rocky would have definitely saw the bruises! The fact the 2 of them lied so much and stories didn’t match. Make me crazy, I hope no one ever believes them!

But they used all Johnnys messages venting to his friends about amber against him. Saying and doing something are 2 different things. I don’t believe Johnny broke her phone at all, but if you have apple products (iPhone iPad and iMac) you can text from all those devices and Burke uncovered it was from one of her other devices.

And the gals could cut themselves on the (imaginary) glass. Oh and in the car to Cochella and while there in that video she looked fine and a photo with friends no swollen face or otherwise. Liar liar pants on fire.

As she walked to the bed, she carefully stepped over and around the glass so she wouldn’t cut her feet. So she could see the glass on the floor while she was standing up. The glass was approximately 5 1/2 feet away from her. Yes, she’s laying in bed next to Amber, face to face. Their faces a couple inches from each other. And she couldn’t see Amber’s face because it was too dark in the room. The lies just keep coming.
I def see similarities in Blair’s questioning and how Camille questioned. I think Camille was smart and took notes from Blair on certain things because some questions were asked almost exactly the same way and the way they responded to Amber/Raquel is very similar as well. Two badass lawyers for sure! I just love those two and how they didn’t take no shit and didn’t let people get by with lies and BS, they were amazing!
