My home isn't done getting installed yet but i have a question, at what point during the installation process do they lay down the vapor barrier under the home?, they are about to install my brick skirting but they haven't laid the black moisture barrier yet🤔, so I'm wondering, is it not yet time, or did they forget??

I understand, it's a long process. I purchased one in September 2023, still waiting to get in. It was delivered on the property first week of November, the weather right now is the holdup, raining so much, can't get in to put septic system in and before that it was a cold spell, trying to be patient. The plan is to move by the end of May.
