Would you be able to pay your loan off early to avoid thousands of dollars in interest? I don't know how the loan process works but the idea of buying stick built home for 250k+ with 30 year mortgage turning it into 500k total once paid off makes me feel like I'm being scammed 😂 so i was wondering if paying off the mobile home early would incur penalty or not

Hello, I’ve been watching your helpful videos about the process of purchasing your Mobilehome, im in the middle of the same process too and I also live in Georgia, so the process im thinking should be almost the same. I wanted to ask you some questions about it, if it’s not too much to ask. How many inspections did you have to get done? What did the inspector look for in each of the inspections? Amen sis, I'm so very happy for you, my manufactured home was just recently delivered and setup on my land, i cannot wait til they are done and i can move in,been living in my old 1992 RV for the past 3 years and I'm finally able to get out of this thing, and have space and actually live in a real house😊

So glad I found your channel I am a single mom as well I am soon to graduate with my BSW in May and starting my MSW in August of this year. I am also on the mobile home journey. I currently live with my parents since going through a divorce since 2020, I'm nervous about doing things financially on my own things are so expensive now days. Hey Rika! I just remodeled my bedroom as well, also the yellow, gray & white comforter at the foot of your bed, I have that set. But I donated it as well with all my other comforters. My room now is more a natural color beige, tan, rust with a hint of burnt orange & I love it!!! I can't wait to see more of what you're doing to your room & yes, I like the picture on the wall by the bike better also....

I understand, it's a long process. I purchased one in September 2023, still waiting to get in. It was delivered on the property first week of November, the weather right now is the holdup, raining so much, can't get in to put septic system in and before that it was a cold spell, trying to be patient. The plan is to move by the end of May.
