Its a jazz loop that comes with Final Cut Studio used on many videos called Midnight Dialog. Its licensed for use by users of the software and youtube suggests posting the licence terms to give proper credit and proof its not stolen.

That style of balcony is called Juliet, as in Romeo and Juliet. Not as useful as a full balcony, the airflow and circulation is better than a window. Great for a romantic song with your lover on the street below.

@@WulfricTheBlack It is shared. Even my current condo with a full size balcony has a glass partition that can be climbed over. My guess is zoning issues and the narrow sidewalk prevented larger balcony from being cantilevered over the road. A shared Juliet was probably a compromise that fit within rules. If the building was setback to have large balconies then the unit size would be smaller.
