Absolutely LoVe the down-strokes only for the rhythm riff underlying the solos...that makes it truly Metal & pure, such a subtle but important distinction in the sound. A phenomenal homage, as always by this band.
the drums are very good but even the best drummers cant git the hi hat 16th notes with one hand like clive was doing,that proves how a fucking good drummer he was
I’m probably going to get burned at the stake for this but this live version is better than any Iron Maiden performance since Bruce first left. 1) guitar riffs are heavier 2) only need 4 musicians rather than 6 to play the song. And 3) more intense.
I think MH did amazing and made it their own which is good, sounds more thrashy, especially the vocals and guitar distortion. I prefer Maiden though, the guitar sound and Bruce's clear chesty mix.

This is not a good song for this lead singer. His vocal range is nowhere close to where it needs to be for this song to do any justice in comparison to Maiden.
Yeah, Bruce is such a technical singer. It's not Maiden but MH made it their own style, especially towards the end. I think they did justice to the song.
