    Advice for all fighters:
Don't pay thousands to doctors for counseling who have no idea what there are talking about I've heard doctors telling people there's some black magic on them. Right RUclips Video is best option for counseling add medicine only if necessary ( Where you need doctors Prescription ). Thankyou Ali 🙏

This helped me so much... it made me realize that I do, in fact, suffer from Pure-O. I had been diagnosed with OCD for a while now, but i never really suffered from compulsions the way they are expected. They mainly manifested my thinking certain things to neutralize the thought. Sometimes a facial twitch at something really disgusting to let myself see that I reacted with disgust to that thought, but nothing really other than that. But that sitting there.... idk the way you described it, i resonated with it very deeply. Thank you for trying to help OCD sufferers, and it means a lot that you have studied this so well and wish to share the help you have found :)

Personally, I’ve found that on purpose exposures don’t work for me, since my exposures are “you should check this to make sure it’s nothing”. If I would check, I would be doing a compulsion, so purposely checking only ends up making things worse. So I simply disregard the exposure, and eventually the content of the exposure gets weaker and weaker. The less anxiety that is being infused into a trigger, the weaker it gets.
Ali, if you see this, please give me a sign that I’m on the right track 🙏

Not really possible if you have it about morals and if your a bad person and have mental images that cause u to think those things because if you expose yourself to horrid mental images and become numb to them then u become less of a sensitive person and become numb to most things. I tried it and took me years to stop being an abrupt person for which I am now haunted by more bad memories of upsetting people by me being abrupt. In my instance I remember every single time someones even had something wrong to say about me. I cant forget these memories and my OCD replays them over and over in my head hundreds of times a day and I have to analyse them to make sure I dont so same thing wrong again or make a worse mistake and feel even more guilty. When you remember everything situational wise and with my situation ERP wont work as I'm sure it wont for quite a few pure o sufferers. But many thanks for the video as it is worth it to other people that it may help and was an interesting video to listen to

Thank you, but the point is in some kind of pure o thoughts I swear to god, that I don't react or analyze the thought. But it is analyzed what if thoughts automatically and become very real, although you know that it's not real and you don't react to what if thoughts, but subconsciously because you are not feeling ok make your mind to do the mental compulsion. for example, I have HIV phobia and whenever I touch sharp objects, like a knife my mind keeps telling me what if you get HIV and i don't react to it but automatically my mind continues what if it is true, again I don't react but I get much anxiety again. and I know 100 percent, it is not true but it continues to bring lots of scenarios and ruminations to make it believable. And finally, you find yourself depressed and having anxiety without reacting or seeking reassurance. Please answer me.

relationship with girl ended (not same girl I messaged u about before) I started with cause Christian values so I felt she was trying to break up by pulling away sexual things and then I kinda threw a fit over reacted then we got in huge fight and she brought up that she's scared of me because I hold resentment towards her from first breakup (which I did) and she was scared that I'd cut off her head or harm her family..sigh I also told her about my pure O ocd and that I'm afraid to meet people I care about like her fam cause I have weird violent thoughts and so maybe that's why she thought that but I've never been violet towards her or family not even close I'm not like that at all. I do get v verbally violent with people though like when driver almost killed her I said a bunch of evil things I'd do to him if he killed her cause if his reckless and etc so as man gotta be more careful w words but now we both blocked ea other except I didn't block her on iMessage we tried to do a 30 day break but kept fighting and we both said we love each other a lot and was wondering for ur advice if I should permanently block her or potentially let this go a third round since ur in a successful marriage and also since you talk about mental issues which I need to work on, sorry kinda a lot I really love this girl tho so I feel I may need to let her go but can't find the courage to do it
i recently sent her sincere message and letting it rest now hey so I've come to an understanding that what I've said/did was not fair to you. You've been very understanding for me so I feel I have been way too harsh on you and I see all your points you have made im sorry -her name- I love you and I want to be with you I just fear a lot and self sabotage everything I’m sorry

Dedicated exposure (even if only for a short amount of time each day) really helped me. Look at her and let all thoughts into your brain and experience the anxiety. There's nothing you need to do to stop them or reassure yourself as your thoughts and anxiety are completely harmless :) do nothing at all and they will go away by themselves. Imagine OCD as a bully looking for a reaction. If you do nothing, eventually they'll get bored and go away.

I advice everyone to lower your brain/gut inflammation first before erp. Clean your diet and habits permanently. It will keep your anxiety tamed in the long wrong; that's a good thing because ocd is anxiety. When a thought shows up your brain automatically makes the wrong assumptions and that is what causes you to do rituals. Admit your assumptions are wrong and that nothing bad will happen. Be fully confident in yourself, only reason why you have those thoughts is because you strongly dislike them and they cause you immense pain. Don't worry, you're not a bad person. It's just trauma. Stick to reality. 🍀

I they don,t respond well I well switch back to different words. One more example ; if i repeat or say'don,t think what people think about you' i will check the family member or freind are talking to me nice or not and if not i will change the word

Firstly, DO NOT commit suicide. Please. It is never the answer, and just know that many people struggle in this way, you are not alone. Not everyone's ocd fits into a specific 'category' but any type of constant unwanted thought can become ocd. However, this may be what is called 'Magical Thinking' ocd and is when people think that the thoughts they think can alter reality or an event. Try taking a word that you don't think will improve your performance and repeat that a few times instead and see if anything bad will happen (it won't). I'm not sure the best way to go about all of this since I have a different type of ocd, but now you know the name hopefully you can do some more research and maybe find some better strategies. Ocd is hard, but you're not alone. I hope you can read this and it will help a bit. It always gets better, I promise, but if it gets really bad try getting professional support, because this is not always something you can combat on your own. I hope this has helped and I hope this gets better soon :)
