Manuel the bank just outside of santiago en hato de yaque was robbed. It was a bank in la fruente supermarket. This was like two weeks ago. Look up the videos. Sidenote: en America at closing time banks and gricery stores and other department stored have extra security and or the police very close by
Hi Manuel, can you find out how to get a private banker at one of the American banks in Santo Domingo. Private bankers usually handle assets of $500,000 or more. I have seen Citibank there. Also, how do I hire a Dominican lawyer that speaks English to teach me about the laws in your country, so I don't get taken advantage of by any women or when I decide to buy a house or an apartment? I want someone who your friends or family have actually used the banker or lawyer's services.

International Law governs the behaviour if states (countreis). Each country is considered sovereign.meaning a state has the political and legal authoriy within int's border. So another country cannot exercise it's political will or laws in another country without diplomacy with that country. So if the US wants to arrest the guy they have to deal with Haitian authorities and make arrangements for the arrest, They cannot just enter Haiti and arrest him. However the USA has been accusted multiply times of not following international law.
