Yup I remember that game vividly. We absolutely dominated the Bills. That’s the game I realized that team could literally do anything out there. What a talented team.
10:55 Of course I'm happy to see you and others finally smartening up and no longer pushing your AGENDA nonsense, the entire world knows Spencer Rattler is done in the NFL. But come on, you're supposed to be a Saints guy. Taysom Hill was out injured for the Bucs and Broncos games.
Although Taysom is 34, didn’t he go to BYU and then go on to do some Mormon mission work before going to the NFL? Even though he’s “old” I’d assume he doesn’t have the same wear and tear as other 34 year olds who’ve been in the nfl for a decade
Look at the 50 injuries he had in college that kept him out of 80% of games. Crazy injury prone. He’s out a good amount every year. If he could stay healthy, he’d put up stats crazy enough to be banned from the NFL
Something to remember is Darren Rizzi was the one who banged the table to say”find a way to get taysom more in the game plan.” Head coaching matters a lot. Remember just cause you have good employees they still need leadership so I think it’s doing a disservice to just dismiss the struggles as injuries. DA has to figure out a way to guide to victory in those injuries and was unable
Look at every single successful play in that game...both hill and AK was in the backfield if they key on AK taysom made a huge play. If they keyed on Taysom AK made a big play. Or one of the TE made a big play..it's right there if you just pay attention.
Taysom had no wear or tear during his 5 year LDS mission. So I would hazard that is part of the reason he defies his numerical age as an NfL player extraordinaire. Also his stint as starting QB was severely impacted by the mallet finger injury early on.
Hill missed the Eagles game, was very limited in the Falcons game, then missed KC, Bucs, and Denver. Came back for Chargers and still didn't look to be full speed.
How did Myles Garrett have an 80.2 grade? Didn't he have like only 1 tackle and no pressures? I could be wrong but ppf definitely shows favoritism because of certain players reputations I've noticed
PFF heavily weighs winning snap rather than actual production, Bryan Breese PFF grade is awful but he still has 5.5 sacks as DT. I’m not saying Bryan Breese has been good, but I will take 5.5 sacks from a rotational piece any day of the week I could care less about grading or analytics.
16:58 - Taysom Hill has 8 or more rush attempts in 17 games. The Saints are 15-2 in those games. The Saints are also 4-1 in games where Hill has 7 carries.
Look I'm not worried about playoffs this season all I want is for the team to get a few more wins and give us something to build on for next season! In the off season we need upgrades on the defensive line and we need to pick a center and or guard in the draft! Our defensive line is old and we need some more young hungry defensive linemen! Cam Jordan who I've always praised is old and he doesn't get to the quarterback anymore! The young white guy is looking good and Granderson or whatever his name is is a monster but those two are basically it! The rest of the guys in rotation are below average and that needs to change to get to the next level! Matthew's is old and he is still good for coaching the young guys in the backfield! We just need some young guys who can come in and make a impact and I think we will be fine next season! I also think we need to address the quarterback situation! Rattler isn't really all that let's be honest! The other guy Haner is as good as Rattler and I don't see either one as a starting quarterback! We definitely need a future quarterback and we should try to pick up one either this draft or definitely the next!
We are out of any dream of contention, what we need in order to get something to build on next season, is a high draft pick… which now every meaningless win drops us down the ladder. It’s such a Saints move.
Bucs gonna win the division they have the easiest schedule out of us and falcons are playoff chance is gonna come done to the chargers beating the bucs
Sean Payton once ran the ball 24 times in a row vs the Bills.
Yup I remember that game vividly. We absolutely dominated the Bills. That’s the game I realized that team could literally do anything out there. What a talented team.
That was awesome I remember that one
I don’t think Chris Olave is a WR1. He’s more suited to be WR2.
We can keep beating this horse, and we should.
Olave is absolutely not WR1 and never will be.
Lifting while listening to James. Another great piece of content brother

Taysom was still dealing with injuries around the time we started Rattler
While Olave is extremely talented, hes always been kind of delicate. Shaheed as well. Would prefer our recievers to be at least 6ft 200lbs.
Need that physical/yac wr this draft
That's crazy, DC bottom of the list. Why is he always disrespected? Put the shit in order all the way.
they always separate quarterbacks from top 5, idk why
He was like 2 throws away from being perfect, i thought he would have a 90 grade

MVS bro Olave weak in the Ass

You’re forgetting TH7 was hurt too. Multiple games with broken ribs (chest) that’s why he was never likely a real consideration at QB at the time.
Taysom Hill was out injured when Rattler started. He may have been back for the last game but basically Hill was injured.
Wasn't Taysom hurt during the 7 game losing streak?
3 games
Taysom, Carr, mccoy,Ruiz , Patrick, Olave and shaheed

Adress the qb situation? Carr is graded as the 3rd best qb in nfl this year? We aint gonna do better
Bucs gonna win the division they have the easiest schedule out of us and falcons are playoff chance is gonna come done to the chargers beating the bucs
I think rattler is unfairly criticized like who would have won or did anything with the lineup he had to play with
Lol
