I have been here since 😮2000 and I love it now 24 years later, I’m around the block from hospital and 5 minutes walking distance from downtown! Thank you Lord for blessing me with this beautiful home and peaceful area compared to California, this is home to 3 generations Bless God ❤
Everyone in Cali lives in one central location , that’s the Bay and coastal areas. The other 89% of the state is empty dessert, mountainous and uninhabitable.
@@browngirl2533 sure ppl live in the uninhabitable areas, but it’s very sparse because of the terrains. Go learn about western expansion and the geographical hurdles settling in certain regions of the US, compared to the East

I’m not debating you 😊 I’ve been up down and through California, sure we have our mountains and deserts but “everyone in Cali lives in one central location” just isn’t true, California has way more than just the Bay Area and coastal regions, yes, the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and other coastal regions are highly populated, but there are other parts of the state, like inland areas, valleys, and even some of our desert have communities

I was born in the city and raised in the county of Griffin. It is what you make of it and where you live will affect how you view Griffin. I moved because of its crime rate going up about 20 years ago. It has a homey feel with average restaurants and shopping. I noticed recently new industry and renovations are underway on the main Taylor Street that is very much needed. Checking the demographic stats before moving to Griffin will help you decide.
I'd like to tell you that racially, I find that if we are friendly to others, they will be equally friendly back. I've done the majority of my shopping in Griffin for years.
for all of the 14 years of my life, I have lived in Griffin and loved it but I'm realizing Its one of the most dangerous towns in the US, and way too hot for my liking, I'm planning on moving to Syracuse NY, way colder and better for my eczema. If you're looking for snowy winters don't come here because you're not gonna get it.
This is my original Hometown of 46 years. This place is off the chain and is the went Downhill. People do not look out for each other anymore. It's start to become a piece of s*** place that you're f****** live.

Very informative video. Thank you ☺️ I moved to Griffin after the quarantine in 2020. Best decision I have made in a long time. I needed a time out from city life to focus on my non-profit. I visit the SafeHouse coffee shop weekly, joined a great community based church, called City Church. I also frequent the parks with my kids or for a nice walk to clear my head. During the tornado last month, the community rallied together to help one another in so many ways. I’ve found a new love for volunteering my time to others by living here. Being in service to my community feels rewarding and the people are supportive and friendly. City of Griffins water bill includes water/trash/sewage and electric. It’s pricey but it’s also all-inclusive (unless you need gas). It’s a cute town. Blessings to all ✨
I appreciate this video... Griffin has its appeal and its unappealing reasons just as any smaller city.. You spoke the truth about City of Griffin utilities.. my realtor sold me short because we thought me buying in the county I'd avoid them..nope, I'm right on the cut off line 😂🤣.. But, Griffin is home.. I truly want residents to help build it up as opposed to just leaving or talking negatively about it...
