it's an awesome idea. fireproof shell, fairly hurricane proof , and impervious to wood rot and insect damage for the most part. How did the remodel fair with Beryl?

I remember it from the 80s early 90s when we'd go to Jamaican beach and Indian beach we'd use it to base our coordinates off of when giving directions to meet up at the beach😁
