We did my daughters make a wish vacation in a village such as this with houses and some apartment style lodging.
We were amazed that it existed. Normally we doubled up with kids in beds but having a whole villa to yourself meant everyone got their own room.
We always said we would rent a house/villa if we went back
Its amazing that there werent tons of conflicts with people in and out of each others shots, talking over each others videos etc. There were times when it was like you were touring alone despite the number of people. Fantastic cooperation. This place would be like my dream vacation. I can imagine the price tag for even some of the basics hurts the wallet a bit.
I want to be there so bad. It's such a great business idea
The interior designer for this place did an amazing job! I definitely wanna stay there with friends someday!
Every visit to Orlando I stayed at the Villas of Grand Cypress and I loved it! I am looking forward to seeing the upgrades. The Villas were so cozy but classy, I couldn't imagine it getting better than it was, till now. Thanks Tim for the tour!
Staying at one place in a location like Orlando is like going to the mall and only seeing one store.

I was watching Kyle Pallo's video of this location when I saw our friend Tim getting on the trolley so glad to see your views of this spectacular place. I could definitely see your gang including the cousins and Nick's family filling up one of the big houses. I'd never leave the lagoon.

Expensive. Very Expensive. I was looking when they just started building, there are plenty of places just as close to Disney offsite for much less.
I just got back from Florida on 2/25/24----this makes me want to schedule another vacation here in April and stay here!! Such a great property.. going to research it right after I watch your video 😂😂😂😂

With all these new affordable, luxury accommodations popping up, I think Disney is going to have to set up their game in the future. I love on property, but they’re going to have to keep up with these lower priced competitors
How afforfable are we talking about at Evermore? Conrad is probably around or a bit less than the 4 Seasons I'm guessing.
@@IvanOfficial01 Well, a 4 bedroom 2800 sqft is coming in three grand less than the 2 bed DVC villa I've rented for a week this July. Of course, this is on property, but I'm honestly asking myself how much I need that anymore.
@@IvanOfficial01 I mean if your budget is for a deluxe stay at Disney, you’re getting a bit more bang for your buck here. Expect you’re not on property :(

The houses at margaritaville seem better, they have more variety of colors and designs so it doesn't feel so homogeneous.

Completely agree with this. Feel like the videos lately of where to stay are just not realistic for pricing- mind you, Disney is that now itself anyway. 😢
slowly prices for the cheaper Disney hotels are coming down like All Star sports etc. I saw one for 129 tonight the other day. It used to be like $80 a night.
I love that they have beach wheelchairs but I do wonder how accessibility is as far as the rooms/ houses. It kind of stinks that resorts never showcase those rooms when they do media events even though accesibility information is crucial for the disabled when going on trips.

when i saw the name Evermore... i was thinking the Utah thing had somehow expanded to Florida, but this is very not that. Slide in the house is my childhood dream (though a waterslide in the house would be cooler and even dreamier lol).

Always a great informative Video Tim. Hotel is 600$ or so a night, very Bland and Cold Design. This is for a small Audience, far to expensive.

What a great resort! I would absolutely stay there and I've always stayed onsite at Disney. But at our age, having a resort day in between park days is necessary and this would be a fun way to do it.

In the bunk rooms that sleep up to six kids(2nd room with two double beds), there are only three cubbies. Siblings shouldn’t argue on vacay, but this set-up is a recipe for disagreements!
Otherwise this looks like a lovely place to be!

thanks for the tour, those houses are really nice. On the one hand, I would really like to rent one for a family gathering. But on the other hand, I rolled my eyes because the rental market is just killing a housing availability. I cannot believe this whole complex was built and it’s only rentals it’s crazy but thanks again.
Not just rentals, but very short term rentals. It is essentially a very poorly designed hotel.
It used to be the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress some of villas and some of that infrastructure like the golf course was already there. This resort is similar to Margaritaville layout. There is no shortage of homes in Central Florida. Homes, apartments and condos are constantly being built. The traffic is proof of that. 😂
@@MichelleS2892 well, I live in Northern Florida, and there’s definitely a problem with a affordable housing. condos used to be that option, but now, with all the fees, you can forget it. But it’s sad because I would love to live in a neighborhood like this. I wish they would sell them.

This is good tour as always, i like how you give tours of places, and when Jenn gives her options to in previous tours of houses and resorts. This is a goid family friendly option. We prefer staying on Disney property, because we like the transportation options, since we don't drive those roads😮 However, this is very nice houses. Way more room than we have in our own small country TN home😮😅 Nice tour and goid that they have ways to get food to there. Interesting. Be Safe Take Care 😊❤❤❤❤

It’s a beautiful resort but I don’t know how people are saying in the comment section that it’s affordable? It looks like an experience only for those who have deep pockets and just further proof that Disney and most of the decent vacation amenities around it out, have priced themselves way out of the equation for regular families.
