Your reviews are top notch, very detailed, no area is left untouched, thank you. Gorgeous place but the $50 per day for parking and the $50 per day resort fee seems a little OTT to me!
Thanks for going Dev … good coverage .. maybe they cant get you back this summer when more is open/complete …. You do a very good job introducing us to new properties
Best review of this place so far! This place is stunning. The Conrad is very expensive but the villas are doable. And personally probably more fun to stay in. I've been to the wave hotel and Personally I think it's nicer than the Conrad and way more affordable. But this experience as a whole is on a different level.
My wife and I been anticipating the opening for this place and it is beautiful all I think it needs is a giant obstacle course like the lagoons in Tampa but with it own unique twists! They will be amazing!
Me and my wife went over to visit since we live down the road and security wouldn't let us in they called the front desk and asked the front desk if they were expecting us. So basically if your not staying there the restaurants and bar are apparently not open to the public.
Happy Tuesday! WOW! What a beautiful resort and beautiful weather. I love Orlando Florida parks. If you not cruising Orlando Florida is the next best place to visit. I love Hilton hotels and/or Hilton resorts anywhere. Thanks for sharing! 😊
Thanks for a very entertaining video Dev. I am a Hilton honors member. So i will have to definitely keep this in mind. I cant wait to see what the rooms looks like. I plan on going to Universal Studios and i am glad its close near there.
Awesome video! Heard if this place about 2 weeks ago nice to actually see a tour and vital information I been curious about....would like to make plans for upcoming bday for a weekend getaway...looking forward to your actual stay and experience, tysm
You are Awesome! I never heard of this. Thanking you for sharing. Going to tell Hubby about this so we can check it out. God Bless you Dev! Keep up the great work🎉😊
There is no way this compares to a 4 Seasons IMHO. It's nice, and some nice touches, but a lot of the modernism looks stark. You can still add warmth with plants and art. I do know some hotels look better in person than in pics. I've been pleasantly surprised (as well as disappointed) when reality isn't quite the same. I think the lagoon and pool hours are ABSURD. If you pay that much, unless you leave the parks in the afternoon you can't come back and rest and restore in a pool or hot tub....one of the best things on earth IMHO! I gather they invited you for a guided tour, with a few minimal samples. Seems to me a much better move would have been to invite you for a night or weekend. Aside from it feeling "cheap" of them, I don't want to stay anyplace without fully seeing the room, the view from the room, hearing about the beds etc. Perhaps it would have added the value to justify the high end tag, but the outside didn't convince me it's the best option. If I am going to pay a fortune, I want to be sure the personal value is there for me. Limited hours, fees on fees, meh not so sure. Did a quick Google of the pricing. For what will be about a grand a night, I think I'd rather stay at a Disney Deluxe. And I won't need their shuttle, pools open etc etc. Just my first take from this video. PS (LOL shocked I have this much to say on this hehe) but I found the landscape underwhelming and nothing special. Why not put an Island in the lagoon that looked tropical. Maybe have it be a bird sanctuary. Heck, you can get that at Caribbean beach resort LOL I'm just not impressed
We love your video's, you have helped us plan several trips now {as we are based in the UK). You have even inspired us to start our own You Tube channel. Thank you so much, Dorset To Disney
15:00 the numbers on the side of all these drinks, food ect. Is that the price for them? Because 85 for a piece of chocolate cake seems extremely high.
We have a whole ginormous neighborhood north of Tampa that has their own lagoon. Sail boats, paddle boards and more. Wonder if it is the same developer. Looks similar except a lot of houses over here.
WOW Dev! I'm so excited about this resort! I know exactly where this is and I happy to see it come! Perfect location and it's in my relocation perimeter! I cannot wait to visit, thnx for showing!
Seems like a beautiful place to stay . Most likely can’t afford it but would be nice . Dev can’t wait for you to stay there . I curios to see what the rooms look like. We always stay at AOA . Little Mermaid rooms . That’s all I can afford when we visit Disney . Airline tickets are getting ridiculous . Smh . Thanks for the video Dev . You the man 😎
Great review video as always dev, but the prices on these rooms, about 1k a night .... those prices are insane, then tack on the $100 in fees per day, one would be better off staying at The Grove Resort for half the price and just as nice, or even Margaritaville Resort Orlando
The video was very well done (as always). My only thought is, many people are financially hurting with the recent economy mess that's been going on for the last 3 years. I just don't know how many people could afford to stay there especially with $50 to park, and a resort fee daily. I make fairly decent money and probably would not stay there since there are cheaper and nice options close by. Great video Dev as always....🙂
I’d be interested to see a review of a stay at the Evermore properties (rather than just the Conrad) - when I priced options out, the Conrad seemed absurd, but the flats and condos that you book directly through Evermore Resort look really nice and are a very appealing price when comparing with staying at WDW.
Beautiful resort but unrealistic pricing! Average families can not afford this place. If you think Disney is seeking the elite…. Which I do, this place is right there with them! Too bad.
Looks amazing, but it seems way out of my budget. Would be interested to see a price comparison of a stay at this resort vz the most expensive UO and WDW resorts. I enjoyed your previous UO/WDW comparison video last week xx
You should do a review of JW Marriott Bonnet. Recently stayed there... its the best value luxury resort IMO! Plus if you have an Amex their amazing breakfast is free.
Great review. The place is very pricey, average night at The Conrad for 2 queens or a king is around 700.00, and if you can get the 2 bedroom villa its around 600.00 plus a night. The valet charge is a little ridiculous. They do need more than one little slide for that amazing lagoon. Didn't know it wasn't heated. So really not coming here November to April. Even Florida has its cooler months. If you're gonna spend this much money, might as well spend that at the luxury hotels at disney. We usually stay at The Grand Floridian for that price, which is also gotten to be ridiculous in price.
Your reviews are top notch, very detailed, no area is left untouched, thank you. Gorgeous place but the $50 per day for parking and the $50 per day resort fee seems a little OTT to me!
Thank you very much Dev. My day is always better when I hear your wonderful voice. This is just fabulous . 11:45
That water area is spectacular!
Staying there TOMORROW- and this was a wonderful video to watch so I know what to expect. Thank you for making it!
I’ll be there when I win the lottery 😊
I have to say Dev, ur living the dream ✌🏻 ty again for the great video brother.
Definitely would book here when epic universe opens! Nice 7-10day vaca
This is a beautiful resort. I will look into booking it for our visit to Orlando this summer. Thanks Dev for another spectacular property tour.
Finally Dev!! Something different! Great video … keep it coming. So refreshing!
Wow, that's such a beautiful resort. I can't wait to check it out
That lagoon looks AMAZING! The resort looks so beautiful. I happened to drive by it the other week when I was in Orlando.
I was waiting for someone to go here, so thank you for covering it.
Fantastic Dev!! This video was so good I watched all the ads . I hope you get paid for this in depth walkthrough!
Thanks for going Dev … good coverage .. maybe they cant get you back this summer when more is open/complete …. You do a very good job introducing us to new properties

I’m soo thankful for this review because I’m soo interested.
Omg this place is insane would love to visit one day ❤ thanks for the video dev!
My wife and I been anticipating the opening for this place and it is beautiful all I think it needs is a giant obstacle course like the lagoons in Tampa but with it own unique twists! They will be amazing!
$50 to park the car plus $50 resort fee per day plus lodging and food!! Yikes
Kinda like Disney this resort isn’t for most people.
This appears to actually be more expensive than disney!
Unfortunately, most resorts have a resort fee especially in the state of Florida that you cannot get around. It's just standard
@@Pixiemarie0927
That’s extreme and I’m from Vegas. 🤣
Right that’s crazy!
One night is a mortgage payment!! They should have called it the 1%er
This was awesome to watch dev I’m speechless just like you said

So grateful to you for this review. I drive past the entrance regularly and wondered what it was like. Thanks!
I work here it’s so cool but, we only get 50% off of everything as workers but, nonetheless it’s awesome and the lagoon is top notch.
how the rooms and houses ?
Is it mostly families? I wanted to rent a house with some guys. Wasn’t sure of the vibe
Place looks amazing. Great first look, Dev
Very nice hotel. Very large and lots of luxury touches. Interesting concept. Thanks for the video. Meow meow 😻 ❤❤❤❤❤❤
This looks perfect 😍😍

Looks awesome and very pricey!
15:00 the numbers on the side of all these drinks, food ect. Is that the price for them? Because 85 for a piece of chocolate cake seems extremely high.
Beautiful. Looking forward to booking a stay here.
I'm staying there in March. Can't wait!
Expensive but nice . Dev can you try and do tour of Margaritville resort Orlando please
We have a whole ginormous neighborhood north of Tampa that has their own lagoon. Sail boats, paddle boards and more. Wonder if it is the same developer. Looks similar except a lot of houses over here.
Great video. Thanks for sharing. Definitely have to check this out!!👍🏾

That lagoon looks so beautiful 😍
Dev the t in Monet is silent!!
Thank you for taking me down memory lane, I used to stay there with my grandparents. I always loved walking the trail to the shops and restaurants
This is a beautiful resort
Oh, this looks nice! I've been hearing about this.

I’d love to go there for me and my husbands anniversary in June!
Amazing video and content 👏 thank you!
The best thing I liked about that you can see if there's any alligators in their 😅😅😅😂
How long will it take for a gator go into the lagoon
It's florida... a few weeks? 😅
😳
Im booking right now! My Big 50 Bday Is in April! This would be perfect for me & 30-50 people!
Spring break here we come
That resort looks incredible!!!! Wow!! I'd love to go there. 🙌💯🏝

Dev do they have daybpasses for lagoon like wesley chapel?.

Why are those cakes $85 at the little spoon?

Very beautiful and yesssss
Is there a shuttle service from airport 🛫 to the conrad?
Welcome to the disney!
is the pool saltwater or chlorine?
They did not miss a beat in details!!!!! Looks amazing 🎉
Looks amazing, but it seems way out of my budget. Would be interested to see a price comparison of a stay at this resort vz the most expensive UO and WDW resorts. I enjoyed your previous UO/WDW comparison video last week xx
Did u say they shuttle to the Disney parks
Great tour, any chance you can tell us more about the private homes, how close is the walk from homes to lagoon?
Wow so nice
You should do a review of JW Marriott Bonnet. Recently stayed there... its the best value luxury resort IMO! Plus if you have an Amex their amazing breakfast is free.
I hope those lagoon hours are just winter hours and they plan to open it to 9-10pm during the summer/warmer months.
nice review . Not bad at all.
Upscale for sure! But hope to stay here some day with the fam🤞🏼
Lost me at no self parking, I absolutely hate valet.
Amazing!
Wow this just looks like a Disney resort nowadays….but on the other hand great review Dev! Thank you! 😉
This is Wayyy better than Disney!!! Maybe Disney back in the day... But they've lost that magic ✨
Great video.
Looks amazing but my guess WAY out of my budget. Will still be cheaper to fly to Mexico and go to an all inclusive....
What about shuttles to and from the airport?
Smaller rooms are 600 to 800 a night? Sort of crazy...
Yes!!!!!! Now do metrô lagoon
