When someone hurts you and then says sorry say ok get a plate and then smash it when they do that then tell them to say sorry to the plate and then say did it go back to how it was before and when they say no say exactly If yk yk
Honestly most of you guys need work more on yourself then to be vulnerable on the internet where people can easily take those vulnerable thoughts and actions against you, please work on yourself, make the better you, stop letting the low point in life drag you, everyone has the worst experiences of their life, don’t use the internet and posting to cope, it isn’t gonna make it better. All you’re going to see is past things you vented about. Making it worse for you. Please be the better you. No point in drowning the past, it’s stupid. Just keep going.
I can confirm that the one with the person turning Irish is the biggest vent ever…. (Obviously I’m joking, and I’m allowed to say that bc I’m Irish 💀💀)
I don't have any friends. Like I'm not exaggerating . The last time I spoke to someone my age....I don't remember. It must be over a year. I always say I don't want any freinds. Or I don't need any friends cos i have my mum and brother. But I wish I had someone to text, to see at collage, or the weekends. Somone who knows me and doesn't pretend like everyone else before who just wanted to cheat on exams, and were told to play with me on the playground by teachers. I wish I wasn't so alone, but I suppose I will never be able to make a friend because i have left it too late, and life is too hard.
Ways to improve mental health: 1.Be productive, have a busy lifestyle 2. Exercise regularly atleast 15 minutes a day 3.Developing a sense of meaning and purpose in life 4.Be curious and open-minded to new experiences. 5. Visit simple places (whether by yourself or with others) Ways to stop abuse: Let them know their treatment is affecting you. Sometimes try to give references on how they act upon you and ask them if you treated them this way, won't they also be hurt? However if they still don't plan on understanding and they're basically monsters, don't be afraid, call 911 How to stop cutting yourself: 1.Call or text a friend or play with a pet. 2.Make a warm drink, like tea or hot chocolate. 3.Take a shower or bath (make sure there aren't razors nearby). 4.Wrap yourself up in a cozy blanket and listen to soothing music 5.watch a funny show, or read a book. Remember there are many things to live for, they are: 1. Live and achieve your goals 2. Fulfill your dreams 3. Experience the life of being old 4. Learn to live by yourself 5. If you have kids in the future, try to be the best mom someone can ever have and set an example to this world of toxic parenting 6. Friday mornings 7. Experiencing sunsets 8. To be loved and to love 9. Finally be able to cook properly 10. Love a pet 11. Save a life One last reminder Being kindhearted in this sick world is not a weakness, it's courage. Don't vent your anger out on others despite whatever you're going through. You might say, "Than what about me?" I understand that you don't deserve that AT ALL. However, remember we all are ONE, we have to live altogether. Make "people mistreating you" your biggest life lesson, instead of treating others the way you have been treated, treat others the way THEY want to be treated and set an example for humanity ❤️❤️ (Spread my comment as much as u possibly can)
