I try to parallel Jude 1:9 to Zechariah 3:2 where we see Satan opposing Joshua the high priest. The Lord again says to Satan, "The LORD rebuke you, Satan". And I believe "the Angel of the Lord" in this passage is indeed the Lord Himself. So the assumption that Sam and Myles has that the Lord should say "I rebuke you" is just reading one's opinion into the scriptures. Jesus in many instances talked of Himself in the second person plurals. Blessings.
