Wow! What a very moving tribute to David and Meryl Tanz (Cassidy)!!! David's voice is so strong and has such a deep timbre to it; Absolutely beautiful. Thank you Elaine. Those were the days when life was a dream come true.
Meryl Tanz You’re welcome 😊 thank you for allowing the music to be used to help keep David’s legacy alive. That’s all that matters 😊
Meryl, did David write this song along with singing it? (or courier it)?
I meant to type (or co-write it but the device I'm typing on decided to "correct" my spelling for me...
Anyway just wanted to know if David wrote the song ... he wrote or co-wrote most of the songs he recorded in the years he was with you
Meryl Tanz...
Among the great songs of his career ... I assume the only reason they didn't release it is that the style was different then all the other songs on that album ... but it sure is a great song! Thanks for sharing it...
it must have been wonderful to be loved by David
Have no words. Just thank you so much. ❤💕
Thank you, so much!!!
This is beautiful but, very emotional. The lyrics will touch your heart. IT is just one of the many songs that reminds us this man sang from his heart. You just can't help but letting your tears fall.
Thank you Meryl for sharing your cherished, personal photos to give us just a glimpse into the love you shared, and thank you Ellie G. for creating such an artistic collage of those treasured memories set to David’s magical voice and song! This one also leaves me in tears!

@@ellieg7494 You're welcome! Thank you for sharing your talent 💖💕
Ellie words fail me , you have done such a lovely job of creating a video to go with another amazing song, I thank Meryl again for allowing us to be able to listen to 2 very beautiful songs, and for being the only one to stand along with his fans and keep this talented underrated man's legacy alive, something his family cease to acknowledge, but let's not get started on that one.
I hope Meryl sees our messages and knows how grateful we are xx
By the way Ellie do you know who wrote these songs xx
Wendy Dunn Thank you for your lovely comment Wendy. We are certainly grateful to Meryl for allowing fans to hear these beautiful songs. I don’t know who actually wrote the songs but I believe that David did not write them, but Meryl has the rights to use the songs and music. I hope I did justice to the songs and to David in my video. His legacy must live on 😊
@@ellieg7494 Ellie to be honest it doesn't matter who wrote them really does it 😘 he sings them beautifully, and I think Meryl is wonderful for giving us the chance to hear them, and you make such lovely videos, I'm sure his legacy will never die 💔 I just wish they would release his 70's concert footage 😔 maybe one day xx

Beautiful job Elaine. The images and the pacing of everything goes so well with the music ... do you play an instrument? Because the visuals are not just artistically done ... but musically as well!
Beautiful song! Beautiful video as well!
JC Johnsong Thank you for your lovely comment 😊. I don’t play an instrument myself but I do have musicians in the family. I enjoy creating artwork and try my best 😊
Is it just me or does it seem at times, this recording doesn’t sound like David? Is that the reason never released?
