You only need a simple majority in the House to issue an Article of Impeachment. The Democrats might be able to pull that off. But the Democrats barely control the Senate, and will never have the two thirds majority in the Senate needed to do anything about Thomas. The SC judges are untouchable.

I am a German citizen that watches your show and other shows like yours regularly and I totally agree on your thoughts.I studied the rise of Hitler and there were three crucial points to this rise:
First the support of the radical movement by the industry and big money. Seconds the embracement and cowardice of the conservatives and mainstream politicians and third: the weakness of the Democratic forces and the reluctance to take the threat seriously. All three are happening in America right now. it’s mind-boggling and scary. America has a great Constitution Germany of the 30s didn’t have a very good constitution. Your founding fathers even wrote the right thing into the constitution. It was amazing to see that the corrupt Supreme Court turned it down. Trump should not even be on the ballot right now.

We are each and all free to call the DOJ with any concerns we have. We need to call regarding AG Garland, and ask our friends and families to do the same!
