Kinotechnique Motor 002 running at 30fps

This is a video showing a Kinotechnique motor running. It's the kind that Orson Welles used to use on his Cameflex. It is running without load at 30fps after I spent a day messing around and trying to get it up and running.
However, under a full load of 35mm (400') it runs at 16fps. That's about as far as my skill set goes. For sale for £250 plus shipping if anyone is interested?
