Can you logged in? If not open another account with different number. Use the new account to communicate with customer service on the new app. Explain what happened to them. They will help you to bind your old account with the new one. Send your ID for old account to them.

You need to open another account. Go to customer service on the new account. Explain what happened and give them your username of the old account. They will help to recover it .
They will asked for youraccountt ID. They will help to bind the new account to the old. Then, the old account will be back.

Open new account and go to customer service or complaint on the account to explain to them that you can't open your old account. They will asked for your old account ID they will asked if you want them to bind the old account and new one together. Jus say yes. That's how I got my account back.
