I grew up with this show 10 years of stargate, I watched the show when I was six years old when it aired and I was there for the final episode 10 years later when I was 17 years old. Love, love, love it!
I love this so much! I watch it at least once a year! This is SG1, THE BEST show ever :) greatest franchise imo. Big props for creating this masterpiece mashup

I actually have an alternate clip that involves Jonas, to replace the one at 4:08. Sadly I forgot to replace it. *Sigh*, there are actually a handful or so mistakes or clips I would replace in this, I might put out an updated version at some point. But I kind of want to make one for SGA now.
I hope Stargate continues, but i would just be Angry if it continues in SGU matter. That would be sad and embarassing - they made the terrible decision, less science, more sex - more precise even much less science and much more sex - even Body swap cheating sex. Disgustingly.
WOW - That was wonderful. Just finished re-watching all 10 series so I was able to spot most of the episodes. Great to see scenes which you would not automatically think of as the "main" scene from each episode.

My friend is considering watching SG1. She liked the movie, so I sent her this. She just asked me where she can watch it. Never been so happy that something is on Netflix 😄 THEY'RE TAKING IT OFF NETFLIX ON NOV. 30!!! WHY?????
Now this was some show. "That was SG1!" - Maj Gen Hammond. ! Yeaah.... They went from just discovering the Stargate and going to Abydos to discovering a whole network of Stargates in Milky Way galaxy alone and from discovering and meeting simple cultures to meeting the gate builders, ascending themselves to battling the Ori and dealing with black holes and black hole powered Supergates to visiting and planting bases on another galaxy! And obtaining entire knowledge of the Asgard to becoming the 5th race!! All with < 300 people and over a decade! Incredible growth in the show. While the original cast of 4 was stellar, I also thought Jonas Quinn was amazing and sorely missed! And Ben Browder and Vala Mal Doran were amazing! To Gen Landry. What a show it was. Truly something special. And to think it was canceled. Sad day it ended. But we have 17 seasons + 3 movies + 1 webseries of something truly special. "Team, you have a go".

You commented this 2 years ago, but better late than never. I was planning on using that clip from Unending, as it's one of the more iconic bits. Sadly I was more set on ending the video with them walking into the Gate and could not find a way to pair down the clips to make room for Teal'c. But fear not, the clip will be in the Extended Edition... when I finish that....
As much as I fucking LOVE SG1, This compilation pales to the same of the SGU series. SG1 was fun... SGU had meaning. However, this is great fun to watch. well done.
Oh I am aware, and agree. When I made this video the concept of "This is" was not a thing yet. I just made this for fun and it sparked the Idea. I have been working on an Extended Edition of this video for the past year. Its inching closer and closer to completion. For reference, when this video reaches 2:44, the new version is at closer to 20 minutes.
I made this so long ago I am actually not sure about the second one. I know that I used audio from one of the recap episodes instead of footage. I’m glad you like it. Hopefully you will enjoy the extended version I am working on, if I ever manage to finish it. >.

I know, It's because when I was making this one I was not really sure what I wanted to make. I am actually in the process of remaking this one to the SGU standard, It will be a while still though.
