    How would the restaurant serve that? I assume the onion is baked in advance and reheated surely? How is it reheated ensuring quality? Thanks! Love this dish ☺️

      I don't think it would take more than 20 minutes to cook the onion

      @@keepitphatt9674 If you have running ambers, a medium sized red onion takes 9-12 min. However it's best if the onions are covered instead of turning them. :)
