HOW IS TALENT SCORED?
There are 4 main parameters that affect Talent Priority Score:
1. Improvement. How much benefit you gain from purchasing this talent. The benefit is seen in collective scope rather than in individual scope.
2. Authenticity. Talent's influence within meta gameplay.
3. Relevance. How often this Talent is used within unit's niche.
4. NP Cost. Is it Talent worth for their NP Cost.
WHAT DO THOSE SCORES MEAN?
5 - Highest Priority. This Talent what molds current meta gameplay and often become core on many strategy build. Must-buy Talent.
4 - High Priority. This Talent significantly improves unit's performance, but not as demanding as Talent in above score.
3 - Medium Priority. This Talent generally benefits to the unit. But the ability itself is either optional or only needed on later part of the game.
2 - Low Priority. This Talent doesn't stand out much mostly because it is rather situational or has better replacement over them.
1 - Lowest Priority. This Talent is only useful on very specific situation or gives too little benefit that doesn't justify their cost.
0 - DO NOT UNLOCK. This Talent either gives zero improvement or straight up nerf units.
? - Subjective Talent. It can be good and bad depends on players' personal preferences.

cosmo is one of the only units in your reviews who made it to the enemy base at the start of the video, i think this should qualify him as one of the best units in the game.
He was so close to destroying it too, what would've been epic lol

Cosmology- the study of long foreswing
This lad was my very first Uber almost 8 years ago.
I do hold him quite close to my heart, as he did actually get me through a lot of difficult stages.
Manic king dragon stage becomes a joke with him in the lineup.

If it wasn’t for Kalisa on my very first account back in 2014, Cosmo would’ve been it. But on my current save 2016-present I am still yet to acquire Kalisa whereas Cosmo was the chosen one 😭
I've always felt Cosmo is a little underrated. Even with all weaknesses, the fact that he can freeze basically an entire field of floating or angels for SIX FUCKING SECONDS from an insane range, with an impressive damage output, is enough to make him incredibly strong. Not as good as the other ultra souls, but still a great uber to have.
He's a good uber placed in a banner of top tiers, this is what I like to call Anubis Syndrome
he's a fantastic uber, but is also one of the weakest of his banner. it's a genuine shame that so many people ignore the potential this guy has.
He's not ass, it's just that he's too risky to use especially for end game.

One of the most underrated units in the game
For a good reason
he really destroys a lot of levels including rogue's twilight, revenge of sky, rutsboog. even on languid hes a decent choice. oh and he has only a 2min cooldown? on attrition stages ggs if you survive for 2mins
Collosus slayer is so good on Cosmo as most of the time collosus levels can only be beat with cyberpunk Cosmo and aphrodite. Extra dmg is rly appreciated
in a few situations, cosmo clipping actually helps a bit. When fighting shorter ranged groups of enemies, clipping cosmo can give like a pseudo LD attack which can affect a larger area.
Fair, but it’s more of a weakness than anything. CC is gonna lose value if you’re pushing the enemies back anyway and if they push you at all it’ll hurt you

Honestly my experience using this cat is very good
I rarely use him but on situations were i needed a long standing range cat, he pretty much excellent at it
I just finished NEO wanwan recently and i was stuck untill i use a strats of piccoland, UGC and cyperpunk i was beable to hold off the entire enemy force and still being safe untill the enemt wave is over
i do kinda wish that they gave cosmo survive instead of health up, would help it a lot

It looks like it could be omnistrike if you ask me, that energy ball goes waaay beyond his attack range.
Ideas for Ultra Talents is: Target Relic, Attack Frequency Up, Wave Immunity
the idea behind his super fast speed was probably to make him clip on purpose to offset the issue of the insanely long foreswing that made him miss
I'd like to point something out.
Even if his high speed makes him clip, UGC standing at/near the frontline can be helpful (sometimes) when for example your on a stage that focuses on spamming peons, or low-mid range enemies. His high range can cause him to instead of nuking the frontline, gives him more access to more units and thus giving his CC abilities and high damage to encompass the frontline, the backliners and even the super backliners. Everyone in the family is included this way.
Of course, you shouldn't rely on this as a means to control the battlefield, but its still a unique advantage of him clipping. He's still exposed to backliner attacks as they are to him.
That's also one great way to use his speed. But you usually don't need to do that because enemy will enter his attack range during his attack cooldown.
I love this dude. He does this entire goddang like dance ritual or Somethin, then blasts his opponents all the way to next week.

I wish they found a way to fix the function of when Cosmo and Jones come into contact with one another because although Cosmo should technically have more range the difference (10 range), he runs too fast and steps into range.
That's why I wish he got a small range buff just for that issue then when he didn't I figured his talents possibly but not that either lmao. I could put my hope in super talents but 100% doubt lol
It's okay though it's not practical or anything crazy that's just me
they did fix it few years ago. unit now will always stop on their designed range, no more clipping. but as exchange, unit that relies on clipping like most of rusher are rendered useless. and people hated it. one update later, PONOS removed the change. this only happened on JP version, so we global players didn't experience it

Range Buff would definitely make sense for Cosmo considering his attack visually travels through the entire screen.

Hey Siluman i have question. Is foreswing a part of Atk rate or they are in separate? I mean on UGC case is in 20s atk rate 10s of it is his foreswing or after 10s cool dance ritual we need wait for 20s for another cool dance ritual?
It’s part of the attack rate.
Foreswing+ backswing + attack pause = attack rate
I hope he gets the ultra talents, because I USE the dupes of him to got +4 and upgrade 5 more with Darkeyes to make it lv59 total. now just need one more dupe to reach the final lvl to unlock the UT, to become the first ever Uber to unlock ultra talents I have.

UGC is actually really good at controlling Mayor, so with extra 4s curse on rutsborg vortoox, bare fangs at thronk, etc. is pretty much freeze because ramen cant get cursed, etc.

I think the colossus slayer talent maybe just not worth it , consider his specific traits to use at the two baron stages have better unit options

Tbh I don’t think the speed is that bad, it allows to clip which lowers the chance of missing the target and thanks to his range is not that much of a problem
if a backliner unit is outspeeding his frontliner/meatshield, its a very big flaw on the unit.
Also he cant clip because hes ranged. And his attack animation with low hp makes it very easy for him to be killed if he has no meatshields.
@@Tafp. that literally never happens lol, he has so much range that it never out speed meat shields, and with long stages just don’t spawn him until the boss came, it is a flaw but not as big as it seems

I honestly couldnt care if he sucked or not, I just fricking love his attack animation. I have more than half of the ubers in the game at this point, so I always purposely use him despite having better options. I just need to see that sick animation.
Given that I got 30 yellow cat fruit while grinding 5 yellow seeds, this true form is easy
It you just need 6000 energy and a lot of sanity to take time.
Getting the fruit is technically not guaranteed so it is more then 6k energy if you are unlucky. @@leyte4639
His problem of high movement speed is actually really easy to work around thanks to his annoyingly long foreswing.
that what i thought. but his clipping can still happen after you knock enemy normally with DMG. this part is not something you have control over.
Most of the times he'd miss his targets and start cursing, Ponos decided to make it his talent 😝.
Also with his sheer raw damage guess you could equip any attack up orb based on which baron stage you're using him, kinda like luffy.

that's not his purpose. cosmo is not meant to perma-freeze. he gives you 6s freeze. that's a lot. you can do so much with that amount of time. saying his freeze is shit is equivalent to saying doron's freeze is shit
