Omg this has literally solved all my problems… thanks so much Justin.
It seems like most people know the swing from the outside looking in...great job... The lateral tilt and slotting of the elbow was awesome. You said the legs win the battle of the limbs (upper vs lower)...so would that be the front leg or both... Would a spine angle effect that slotting of the elbow... As a kid i hip hinged but than flex my ankles towards my toes which made me stand taller ( in appearance)...I also side bended my wrist in a hand movement during my free fall that gave me a running start... So the lateral tilt seem natural but I wasn't entirely sure if it was my legs ( lead, rear or both), my spine angle or my running start with my bottom hand that gave me that lateral tilt that slotted my back elbow... Oh I forgot slotting my front elbow and external rotating my shoulders too... So is it only the legs, both of them... I feel like any of these interdependent moves can do it...any advice would be appreciated. Thanks for the videos....
Great video
