Tim, I’m a newbie to your channel so forgive me for not having the basic facts about your garden. How big is the garden area? Looks like half an acre. In what zone are you located? I’m going to your pest control video next and then one on the raised beds. So much to see in your backyard!!! 🤩

That’s awesome! 👏🏾 actually I’m on less than 1/3 of an acre. My garden is about 30’ by 40’ and within that space I have 18 3’x6’ raised beds, 5 1’x6’ raised beds, 7 4’x2 metal raised beds and easily 10-15 grow bags. I’m in NC on the east coast zone 8a.

@@timjoyner174 Thank you so much for the reply. I’m on a new property in zone 9 and am starting from scratch on an acre-well, the backyard is 1/2 acre. That’s where the food garden is. Water faucets galore but I’m trying to figure out irrigation for a combination of raised beds and grow bags. Soaker hoses take care of the in-ground stuff. Did you address irrigation in one of your videos? Everything is so LUSH!! I’m feeling inspired. If it wasn’t 100 degrees outside today, I’d be broad forking right now. 😅

I haven’t added any irrigation simply because up until this point I have changed my garden space multiple times. I hand water and it has worked for me for the most part. I’m sure it will help and save me time, but I enjoy it.
