Have to correct you, in Brasil Verstappen did not fall back to 16th because of his slip almost hitting the wall.. he fell back because they gambled on a new tire that didn't work so they had to pit him again for the right tire, this is when he dropped to 16th and drive back to the podium in just a few laps 💪🏼😏

It was even more impressive than that! 😮
When Verstappen slipslided towards the barrier (that had been moved back shortly before this raceweekend), soon-to-be-Worldchampion) Nico Rosberg was only a short ways behind him. Dutch commentator Olav Mol cried "Gone P2!!", but to his (and everyone's astonishment, Max not only saved the car from slamming into the barrier, he also fended off the fast approaching Rosberg!! 💪😎
After the race, Rosberg asked him slightly flabbergasted why he pitted, cause he could have easily kept 3rd and perhaps even challenged Lewis Hamilton for the win!!
Max joked that he was a bit bored and they wanted to spice things up a bit... 😅

Silverstone 2020 must be one of the greatest upsets in F1 history. The Mercedes was a second per lap quicker and even without any safety cars Verstappen managed to absolutely destroy both Hamilton and Bottas even starting from 4th place. That should not have been possible.

@4:06: "However the consequences of that slip meant he dropped to 16th place"
That's not true. The consequences of that slip meant he dropped zero positions. He was 2nd when it happened and arrived at turn 1 in the same position.
Max dropped to 16th because the strategy was brave and risky but eventually failed. Like GP said (Max his race engineer): ""That day it felt like we were on the wrong the tire all the time. Didn't it?"[1]. It was the strategy that dropped Max to 16th, not his save.
