- My hair in this video hadn't been washed in about 5 days and this is what i do everyday, until it gets too long for it too lay ): which makes me sad because i love my waves. but my husband said no to a haircut. if you guys have any questions, suggestions, please comment! Love all of you!!!!!!

The initial shock of your hair being gone is rough as I just did my 4th big chop, but it becomes you! You are beautiful! Keep up the good work and find what works for you.
I just wanted to let you know that by watching a couple of your videos (from your video where you hated your big chop to this one) has made me decide that I want to go natural, or at least try it. Thanks for being so real about everything!! It helps people like me that are in limbo of what they want to do with their hair. By the way, your TWA is what did me in. I LOVE it. (:

I just did the big chop 1 month ago because of chemically damaged hair and I have been stressing over it since to the point of losing sleep. I just tried this and it turned out beautiful on my kinky 4c hair. I plan on wearing my hair like this for at least a month until it grows longer. Thanks for getting me over the hump!

Your hair is beautiful I was the same way missing my hair when I big chopped but it's just hair and it will grow back that's what i always have to tell myself so next month with be a year that I been natural....but yeah girl them waves on point...i wish you luck on this journey

I LOVE using my Vaseline. They say that Vaseline is not good but I don't care!! It works for me n my hair loves it. I am from the Caribbean I grew up with Vaseline n Castor oil in my hair. It makes it soft n helps your curls. Happy that u use it

Hey, I'm also in Japan and I'll recommend you buying the Xtreme Gel from Daiso its only 100 Yen. It works great for afro texture hair, no need for a lot of work getting your hair laid and its great for defining curls as well.

Yasss finally, someone whos not afraid to put patrolium in their hair. Shoot if it works y not? You just may have to use a sulfate shampoo to get a vood wash but who cares. I always used patrolium in my hair qhn i was younger n my hair was always moisturized and long.

I'm currently at this length and I just put olive oil and curl activator. I'm too lazy to actually style it lol. I have 2 different textures right now, the curls on the top are super thick and beautiful but then on the sides and the back the curls are tiny. It looks like I texturized the top, it's weird.

I don't think Vaseline clogs your pores that is just a myth but I've been natural my whole life & I do apply Vaseline and my hair is wastelegnth so therefore it does work for me
You're so gorgeous. I had a serious mishap that lead to the middle portion of my hair completely dropping out. I am almost certain its from putting alter ego drops in the middle of my head like 2 times a day right after getting a relaxer. I cried like a bitch when I realized that I have bald spots. I have to admit, I'm really into my appearance, so I took it pretty hard. Right now I have in box braids praying that it will help my hair to catch up. Now I'm realizing that I need to take Better care of my hair. So from now on no more relaxers, I'm going natural honey. I'm chopping it all off. I got so much inspiration from watching you. I watched it right after I did my first of three big chops, and I realized our hair textures were the same and we had done the chop around the same time. I've been hooked on your channel ever since. I love your hair! In my opinion it's very attractive, much more so then wearing a wig etc all the time. Although who doesn't like getting dressed up and putting on a wig from time to time!

Petroleum isn't very good for your hair health. Try Shea butter, blend it with olive oil til it has 'Vaseline-like' consistency. That should work just as well and you won't have problems later.
