The water company could have delivered water in advance through the churches/organizations that provide food and warned them to prepare a week in advance, not "drip your water" after it happens because they are clueless about more than a day or two in advance about the weather.And did nothing to prepare for the people... and what will they get in return? More bills???? WE need AMERICAN COMPANIES taking care of TEXAS' needs!
