- Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen honored their late TV dad and ‘Full House’ co-star, Bob Saget, in a statement on Sunday. The 35-year-old twins called the comedian a ‘loving, compassionate and generous man.’

I’m 45 years old and the first time I seen full house it was in 1987 and I was 10 years old. I didn’t cry yesterday when I heard the news but for some reason today it hit me, I lost my TV dad. Thank you for a great example of what a father should be. Rest In Peace my TV dad.

This news came as a shock ,he was still relatively young still and I grew up watching the show and as my daughter was growing up she was watching it from Grammer school till highschool even when she had friends sleepovers.....so it was a big part of our lives and now my daughter all grown up with a son of her own. Even in the late 90's and early 2000's here in Scandinavia, Europe all of us 90s kids were rockin with FULL HOUSE, it went daily on some tv channels here that I will always be greatful of! Great Show, Great Man! RIP! Sending Blessings to his family and friends.

Full House and Fuller House were 2 of my favorite shows. I watched the premiere of Full House back in '87, and loved it then. Bob was a sweetheart and will be terribly missed. Condolences to his family,his co-stars, and friends. He was only a couple months older than I am. Godspeed. (Jan Griffiths).
So truly sad and surprising. This show has spent the past 35 years in my memories & will continue to do so.

Remember watching Full House as a kid and watch the reruns with my own kids. It's such a loss. 💔 My oldest daughter told me of the passing because it was on Tik-Tok and at first I thought it was a hoax, then stories and media coverage started saying the same thing. I wish I met Bob before he left the earth. From what I’ve seen and heard from his cast members, he’s such an amazing kind big hearted person. My dad was always at the hospital so when I watched this I thought ‘Danny Tanner’ was how all dads were; then I grew up, saw ‘Half Baked,’ and saw some of his comedy, and had no idea how hilarious Bob Saget was; what a loss this is! This hurts and idk why but it didn’t hit me until today and I feel like I lost a pseudo dad. You’ll be missed Sir. RIP

This is an unthinkable shock! I first saw him on America's Funniest Home Videos and his comedic commentaries were incomparable. My sincerest & loving sympathies to his family & co-stars. Such a tragic loss! He will be sorely missed.

When I was 6 years old, I started watching Full House on Nick-at-Nite every day whenever I get ready for school. Bob Saget will forever be the best father on the show.

Saget has a real dark sense of humor, but it was honestly kind of sweet how unhappy he looked during his roast anytime the olsens got insulted. He saw them as his actual daughters

@@tuber00009 it was like a “cmon man” laugh. He was laughing much harder at every other joke. The Olsen ones stood out to me as ones of him laughing but he didn’t like the jokes. Everything else had bob on the floor comparatively
