This guy managed to tell a 20 years long story in just 5 seconds... I feel like this one has creater meaning behind it and not just jumping boxes and buildings, killing robots and ducking/ sliding to hide/run from aliens... A really nice job has been done. I am especially amazed with the time / perapective transitions, and the cartoony style makes it look very outstanding. I will not be surprized if this is the winner.
I don’t think you need to put down the other entries to praise this one. Those running from aliens entries could be made by really young artists who are just starting out or just by people who like the genre and think it’s fun.

This one has greater idea behind it. Not saying that other entries are not good, just saying that they lack obvious lore. An advantage this one has.
