All I can say is, you know your stuff. You’re the only person I’ve seen that can take a fragrance and dissected the way you do. You’re the only one that without looking at the notes can not only guess/detect what the note are but the actual chemical structures and all the synthetic and natural materials that cause the fragrance project and everything else. It’s awesome listening to you break things down the way you do. Sorry for rambling, but pretty incredible. When I listen to your reviews, I feel like I can trust what you’re saying and really know what the fragrance is like. Almost even better than if I smelt it myself. Thank you!
Excellent Work bro. Keep it Up..Can you please review Xerjoff 40 Knots...as there are no officially released notes so anxious to know ur thoughts...please do. Cheers
Aaron you must try Mancera Hindu Kush. It’s kinda of a green fresh spicy smoky fragrance with a cannabis note. Very radiant and playful scent! One of my most complimented fragrances!
I'm still green to the world of perfumes, but I have a question: What do you think of the notes of. Bergamot, ambroxan, patchouli, vanilla tonka bean, cardamom, birchwood and sandalwood, (maybe Sapphire and/or vetiver), lavender and a subtle sweet and sexy pineapple or a smooth and classy green apple coming together for fragrances? In your opinion, how would you see these notes playing out? What would you change or add, or would you keep it the same? And what would your hypothetical breakdown of the scent of glass" by the house of sand be?
I’m a redhead so fragrances often smell very different on me than most people. This on me smells like greenery and cocaine then dries down to cocaine and a slight incense or resin smell. I get very little leather.
Hi Aaron love your reviews keep up the good work you do could you review amouage jubilation xxv be great to see what you think of that as lot of notes in it and think it would be great to see and to get you’re amazing take on it love from Cheshire
Speaking of "Intense"... I recently got to try the "Megamare" by Orto Parisi. Really interesting and strong, and (for me) not boring at all ;) . Would love to hear your take on it.
I played around with suederal LT and cashmeran because I love them but it’s really difficult to get them to meld just right 😢. Anyway love your reviews!! You are an inspiration!!
Thanks for the review , have you tried Orto Parisi cuoium , I love it but it’s a challenging leather for some , don’t think it has mass appeal , but I enjoy wearing it for me
I hope this is the right place to ask this... How could I tell what kind of longevity and projection a fragrance has? I thought Onyx Extreme faded off after some hours and I sprayed 2-3 more times on me, I was asked if I bathed in the stuff because it was going everywhere and filling the room yet I could barely smell it on myself. I thought I understood nose blindness but maybe I don't, any thing else I could try to see if it's still pushing?
i got two bottles of tuscan leather intense and oud wood intense . just cant find tobacco oud intense anywhere! 😩 the one i actually want from the three i cant find. 😔
Fair warning: it bares zero resemblance to the original Oud Wood. Completely different scent. It’s closer to Tuscan Leather than Oud Wood to be honest.
Didn't like OWI as much. OW is nice... not great, but nice enough to wear every now and then. TL is great. And TLI is gorgeous. A deeper, richer more refined version of TL. Imho, if you have OW, don't bother with OWI, but do try to get a hold of TLI. When you finish your OW bottle, get a OWP. Or better yet, get Thameen Carved Oud - gorgeous scent. An upgraded version of OW, with long lasting/lusting patchouli in the far dry down.
You are absolutely gorgeous, Aaron! The hair, the tats, the rolled-up shirt, you just got it going on! Bravo! And can't wait to get my nose on Supernova! Also, do you sell those shirts anywhere? I really want to get one! Lastly, I love that you stick to a format for your videos, it's always reassuring and wonderful to have that similarity and constancy! I love your videos! (Love u!) 🤟 😁🦄
pour me some warm oud up in a syringe and let me be vanished in that deep purple velvetness for a while. while the old Ath video with the happy house trance plays in the background. that hits the spot.
Tom Ford has some of my favorite designer fragrances. I don’t mind the longevity issues tbh, sometimes I just want to have a scent for a few hours and don’t need 10 hours. Aaron, I do wonder why you always speak to “safe , legal and compliant “ ? I would assume you only review fragrances that are all of those things. Not a knock, just wondering.
From what i know Tom Ford sold the rights of his fashion house to Estee Lauder. He now officially retired. So now i really dont know how the prices or the concentration will go.
Hm. Does this mean that the TF fragrances will have a different perfumer from now on? If it's just an ownership change, there might not be any changes to the actual products.
@@ElijsDima Estée Lauder has always owned Tom Ford beauty & they have always used different perfumers. Tom Ford has had creative input, but he has never looked after the day to day running of the perfume brand so little should change.
No WAY I was hoping you’d review this frag as I’m a big fan of the original Tuscan leather. It is really a shame TF has decided to do away with the outrageous and possibly offensive style of the original Tuscan leather as I feel the vintage formulation is quite a beautiful juxtaposition of filth and clean musks but it is what it is.
I think "Intense" is a misnomer. It would be more accurate to call it "Tuscan Leather Twist" a la Clive Christian. It's delicious and beautiful in its own right but it's not more intense. What's more what the fuck would you do with MORE Tuscan Leather lol. It's already an intense fragrance especially if you have an older bottle
Lol hard to describe… when I drink Laphroaig 10yr scotch, I get a minerality that I can only describe as sort of a cocaine “accord”. It’s coca leaf and chemicals but the peat and salty sea air and barrel and mash bill of that scotch somehow develop this minerality on the mid palate that reminds a person of like the cocaine drip one might experience. Or so I’ve been told…
Where I am from, literally like gasoline 😂 chemically, gasoline-ish, fresh (of course) and slightly, very slightly nutty. I don’t think that TL smells like that at all? Montale Aoud Leather definitely has that note in that dry down if you want to smell that
I think Tom Ford are trying to be less shocking and out there and there fragrances are becoming more wearable. I don’t like the new Neroli Portofino it is a shadow of its former self.
Cocaine accord aaron! Coke nowadays is crap, I haven't done any in years mate. The proper Peruvian coke from years ago always had a pear drops ish/ cellulose type of vibe that's unforgettable, was literally amazing stuff, nowadays they can't get the proper chemicals to make it properly because of regulations, its the same with the perfume industry now so crappy alternatives are used to vaguely mimic originality and its just not paramount. Xx
For me, Aaron's videos are ASMR to me. He's the Bob Ross of Fragrance. Keep the reviews coming, brother.

Great review Aaron!
Thank you 😊🙌

Lily of the valley whipping through the base.
Aaron, have you ever considered doing a luxury aftershave lotion?
I quite like the regular version of this fragrance.
Thank you Aaron.

Great review Aaron its fascinating how you can break down a fragrance 👌🏻👌🏻
So good at what you do. Appreciate your intellect and instinct.

Aaron I love your fragrances can you please make one with Juniper berries. I would love to own a ATH fragrance with Juniper Berries as the main scent.
The details are on point and feels like an educational asmr. 😮

Was made in Chernobyl lol

My most challenging leather is Cuir Vert, by Conde Parfums. Even layered, it's the most lasting element that doesn't fade or combine.
@@LawSuth intrigued I’ll have to check that out

Homes- chanel allure homme and edition blanche are my speed- anything in your line that would rival that profile?
Hey Arron, do perfumes ever place, their fragrances in incense? Be cool if you do reviews of incense as well!
Awesome and interesting review. Love the breakdowns.
Can you review Morning Chess
i got two bottles of tuscan leather intense and oud wood intense . just cant find tobacco oud intense anywhere! 😩 the one i actually want from the three i cant find. 😔
Sucks that they discontinue all the intense versions. Would love to try Oud Wood Intense.
Fair warning: it bares zero resemblance to the original Oud Wood. Completely different scent. It’s closer to Tuscan Leather than Oud Wood to be honest.
Oud wood intense is like Antaeus, Dark Lord and Fahrenheit have a baby
Get the new Oud Wood Parfum

I've been clean for a few years now. idk if I would want to be reminded of all those good times again, and I'm scared to try this...
Please don't. It might trigger a relapse. Stay clean soldier

What's more affordable, cocaine or TF's I can't believe it's not cocaine
Bring back bald fade Aaron ! Please review Valentino Uomo Intense

Since Estes Lauder took over all his perfumes have gone so much softer or weaker better said!
Aaron should totally rock a mohawk
I don’t even like cocaine, I just like the way it smells 😂
Yr A master OF THE FRAGRANCE GAME

Your hair looks much better here. That emo Bieber style is not good. 😂
It was the kind of hair you see on your Facebook photos 5 years ago and cringe at 😂
Or you could just let him enjoy whatever style he enjoys and gives him confidence.
Not beiber, more like Toby maguire from spiderman 3
Yes hopefully he never ever does that ever again.
Quit hatin bro
1st! 😛 HOLA! 😁
I think Tom Ford are trying to be less shocking and out there and there fragrances are becoming more wearable. I don’t like the new Neroli Portofino it is a shadow of its former self.
get Bvlgari wood neroli instead
@wazza banzook I sample Tom Ford Neroli Portofino Forte that is better and 4711 aswell. I will have to look into the neroli wood one.
An addict speaks! LOL
Nothing is intense about this!
You need to spray at least 10 times
A cocaine note ? Wtf
did he just say cocaine?😊
Sorry, what? Co**** note? How?
If its the same tom ford thats on the flight logs to epstiens island, im not interested

I know just so nonchalantly mentioning cocaine like it’s in everyone’s bathroom wash cabinet 😂
