The software update for the 5G network connectivity will be released by Samsung OTA by mid of November for S20 FE 5G device. Have some patience and stay cool untill then. 😉👍🏼
same issue in Samsung Galaxym13 5g on both sim cards jio and airtel my device on lattest software android 13 one ui 5.1 still facing this issue but 4g working properly.

This is not a issue.because 5g software update not comming to your phone.Ones update comming from samsung,after your phone is 5g ready

After Couple of updates i am facing network issue...even 4g speed also decreased!!
I have 2 other phones one is 5 year old but working pretty good.
probably your phonre needs a OS restore. Samsung recommends to reset the phone every 6 months.

Probably the service provider has not enabled 5g in your location yet
Handset is 5G ready but Sammy has not yet released the 5G patch which will make it work with Airtel/ Jio. So please wait for another few days/weeks.
But my s20 fe 5g is showing 5g ready... It showed a tick mark on both 5g device and 5g software on Airtel app...
