I've seen a lot of very expensive high end teardrop campers that don't even stand up to the quality of your camper. The first thing that I really like about your camper build is that you used all birch plywood. Too, all of the space in useable and nothing wasted. Like that you under coated the bottom with bed liner spray. The only thing that I would have wanted is to have all one color skins on all sides and too have more of a 1950's feel for the wheels and fenders. But all in all you done a damn good job.
Of all the videos I have watched on DIY teardrop trailers, this is my most favorite one. The craftsmanship is excellent. Additionally, the planning/design is perfect. Would have loved to seen a video of the complete build on this. Great job!!! Thanks for sharing.
Amazing build. Very thought out use of space to maximize its use but keeping it minimalist and clean. Really dig the under bed storage and drawer combo, great planning! My favorite build out there. Hope I can do one borrowing some of you great ideas. Thanks for sharing!!!
Right now, I'm working on a series of blog posts covering the build process. Once those are finished up, depending on the level of interest, I'll put together a set of plans!
@@TheVoyagerProject Im in Sydney Australia and love your design above anything else iv seen, great work. Can i ask how you can put the side profile of the camper including rebates onto a program that i can give a CNC guy here to router out for me?
An excellent design and one if I had the space and tools I would love to build myself. I really love the floor storage method you came up with as well as the simple galley setup. Too many tear drop camper designs want a highend kitchen - thats not the point of going camping in a small simple camper in my opinion. The only thing I might change is the addition of a propex heater and replacing the AGM battery with a lithium one since you have it in such a enclosed space.
I have access to a CNC and CAD, I'd certainly be interested in any plans or CAD files if you may be willing to share. So often, teardrop projects seems to be out west. It was good to see Ohio represented! I used to live in Cleveland (Strongsville) and Columbus (Dublin). Have fun with future projects and travels. I've had fun checking out your new website. Keep the blog, articles, and videos coming. Good stuff so far!
wow I like this ALOT! Im going to build with foam and overage - fiberglass, but I never understood why the small is in the back for aerodynamics, I would turn that around, Im thinking as light as possible and aerodynamic, because Im going to pull it with my trike motorcycle. THANKS 4 the layout and ideas!
That looks like one solid construction method. I am in the design phase of my build, settling on 10' length for the project, but the width is being debated between 60" and closer to 77" wide with semi-integrated wheel fenders to keep the width down to 84" outside wheel/fenders. It will have its construction challenges due to working outside of the 60" widths of baltic birch.
Fantastic build! That cnc really opens up a world of options. I would have loved to have that thing for my build. Did you take inspiration from the Vistabule with that below floor storage?
I'd say the inspiration came more from their bed / futon. The storage underneath is really just a result of having to raise the bed so it's up off the floor in the couch position. But yeah, Vistabule trailers have a great design!
I was ging to say perfect, but.......... ..........damn, none of your socket/ outlets are level! I hope you sorted them out before handing this over to a customer. That aside, it's a great build. The accuracy that a CNC gives you is a game changer.
Hello, I'm from Ukraine, you made a wonderful caravan trailer, my father and I admired it and we would like to make a trailer like yours, maybe you could help us, maybe you have drawings or the exact dimensions of the trailer. We really liked the grizzly trailer.Thank you in advance.
I like many things about this design, but I don't agree with not having a built-in stove. Having a stove in the galley is about half the reason for having a galley as opposed to just a big storage locker.

Wish I could buy something like this as a kit. Would be fun putting it all together. Great job.

Awesome build! Great craftsmanship. This looks better than most factory built units out there. Thanks for sharing.
Exceptional design and a fast CNC build. My teardrop is the same dimensions and I'm very happy with that decision. Well done!
That’s a fantastic trailer!!

Excellent job! Well planned and executed.
stunning beauty / workmanship
Perfecto. Toda una obra de arte.
Felicitaciones desde Colombia Sur América.
REALLY BEAUTIFUL Great job man!
Great video, like the new teardrop...
Looks very usable...
Looks great, nice job
Thanks!
Epic design!
I'd like to buy acquire DIY plans for your larger teardrop. It's right up the alley of what I want.

@@TheVoyagerProject Please add me to the list as interested in the plans. You’ve done a great job with this teardrop.

Amazing video! Love seeing the cnc idea work so good! Would love to see a more detailed build video. Keep it up!

Beautiful and thought out design! Looks really great and useful! Love all the details and storage ideas! Awesome build!
Serious tooling and good craftmanship. Thank you. Br Torben , DK
Great ideas but I wonder what if bad weather get soaked cooking and bathroom
Great build. If you open up the plans for a DIY build would it include the CNC file so that I could use a local company to produce the items.
Great Quality Teardrop! would you mine to share specs of your timbren axle less, your wheel/tire specs and the ground clearance. Thanks.
Very good.

Dear,
what are the dimensions inside of your trailler (length, height, width)?
What type of plywood are you using and thickness? Did you use any insulation in the walls or floor?
Where did you source the 5x10´ plywood? Also, it took me a while to figure out what the line of slots in the outer walls was for - brilliant!
Are you selling plans for self build?
can i buy from your the kitchen program file for my teardrop?
I’ve seen other builds where cabin is insulated. I didn’t see that in your build. ???
What was the finished total weight?

Just checking in, hope all is well...

Me using a HFT circular saw instead of a $15000 CNC 😓. Maybe in a different universe. Looks really nice though. jealous.
Fantastic job! Will you be selling these as kits?
I would probably lean more towards the DIY plans route rather than a kit. A kit would be a lot of weight and costly to ship.
@@TheVoyagerProject I would be interested in the DIY plans route!
Did you custom build the frame for the 5x10 teardrop? If not, where did you get the trailer?
Yeah, the frame was made custom
Do you sell?
Awesome build. Was the trailer frame custom build? Nice CNC cutting.
Thanks! And yeah, the frame was made custom
