Sampson wasn't strong because of himself. Sampson was strong because the Holy Spirit was upon him, God was using him to defeat the Philistines. Sampson dabbled in sin and the temptation won. He was supposed to have taken the Nazarite Vow, but he didn't keep it. Sampson was a weak man in that he didn't obey God with all of his heart. It wasn't until he confessed and repented that the Holy Spirit came back upon him and he died in service to God. Sampson was angry, prideful and lacked self control. This is a reflection of us, sinners. God doesn't need us, but He can use us if we're willing. The trials that Sampson went thru were brought on himself due to disobedience. HE must become greater, I must become less, J3:30. We don't need to build up our strength to overcome weaknesses. Jesus does that for us. The might we have is Him. We do nothing in our own power. This message is all wrong. It sounds good to those who don't study the WORD.
Mark Jackson should be coaching in the NBA or the College level. There’s no way this man should be sitting at home. It’s a damn shame that this man is being black balled. I agree with Stephen A. As fan he should be coaching. I think he would be a great fit with the Lakers. Cuz the coach they have should be sent to the house. Pelicans definitely need a good coach also. #hireMarkJackson.
I truly wish Pastor Howard would take this word for himself. To be careful that God isnt with him..... he has gitten so woke and oolitically correct its scary. How can you stand for Abortion, homosexuality etc.... being a gifted preacher but living and preaching disobedience cannot save him.
He can stand for humanity because we are not to stand judgment. But preach that conversion would happen. You need to read more, even Jesus said, let the wheat and tare grow together for he will separate it. Review your own hypocrisy before looking at another.
