amazing, the place is massive! very special.. don't get lost, the man said..i was thinking, i would get lost in there 😅.. thanks for the tour Tony, always a pleasure
This place is like a maize! With all those corridors and rooms and different levels, I would have gotten so turned around. It is beautiful, and considering its age ( 1909 ? ) it is in great condition. Awesome video, thank you very much Tony. Have a great day 😊
Amazing how many rooms and niches there are. I saw the rolling stairs, but I don't think they reach as high as some of the niches way up there. Beautiful place though, I'd get lost for sure. Thanks Tony.
This place is massive! So nice that there places to sit and restrooms too. I live in Virginia and most larger mausoleums are only one level and are usually kept locked. I wish I could see the inside the way you do.
This place reminds me of the Winchester Mansion, with passage ways leading to nowhere and everywhere. I would dare someone to be brought inside blindfolded, and then have to find their way out in the dark.
My grandparents, great grandparents, and great aunt and uncle are buried at the Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Have you toured the mausoleum at the Catholic cemetery called The Holy Sepulchre in Hayward. That one is absolutely gorgeous.
The top rows of niches are so high, you would need a ladder to see the urns. Maybe the columbarium rents periscopes to those who want to see the urns they want to visit. Maybe the top row niches are for the deceased who desired a "top shelf" memorial.
Several thoughts: it feels like I’m in someone’s formal study/library. Secondly, it seems like a time capsule with one section belonging to a certain time period (late 1800’s/early 1900’s). And thirdly, I wonder if there’s even any family members around anymore to visit the urns, especially the older ones.
My first visit to your channel. I subscribed. You probably don’t have time, but I would have loved to see more of the names of people. I don’t know how you didn’t get lost! I loved it when you slowed down, so we could see the rooms better. You mentioned you have a new camera. Is there anyway you can adjust the microphone or get an ai microphone so we don’t hear your breathing? I apologize that it bothers me. Great video!!! I’ll be back!
What a maze of rooms and people mail boxes. A bronze hoarders paradise. I wonder how many mail boxes there are total? Good thing it was built after the 1906 SF earthquake. You don't see a lot of flowers also in the holders. Wow Find a Grave website says over 32K memorials.
When you got to the mausoleum portion of the columbarium the carpets look like they were filthy. Was that just the style of the carpets and they were clean or were they really that dirty?
Wow! So beautiful! Anyone would be blessed to have their ashes there.
Beautiful...thanks for sharing. Gave this one a big 👍
Wow so beautiful and amazing brilliant videos Tony ✅📷💯😎

Thank you for watching Nancy! 👍
Lusso extralusso luogo incantevole
This is the most gorgeous place I've ever seen.❤❤

Beautiful name! My favorite so far of all.
Thank you for the walk thru down with the flu. Have a great rest of your week.
Hope you feel better soon!

Yeah, it’s huge with different levels
Btw..I really like the new way crypt door appears in the title...another great installment

OMG couldn't do it! 😮 Haha
Love the place!

Yes I have. It’s great.

There’s probably still relatives, but it might be so far down the family tree no one knows or no one cares.

Can’t do much about the breathing thing.
You gotta understand that that place is a series of stairs up and down, so yeah, I might’ve been breathing a little bit.

This must be the newer section
I am guessing the "Family Estate" sections probably costs at least $100,000.
Oh yeah, easily
I’m new. Do you ever tell the history of these places? Where you are? If I knew where you are, I could look it up.
@@ggebhard1 yeah I always try to provide a background on the. People.
Cura e pulizia maniacale
I like the SF Columbarian better. At least the niches have creative urns, photos and items in them. These with the book urns are a bit dull...JMO.

I know a lot of it was tile flooring
Is there a basement level?
It’s several levels, but I don’t think an actual basement
Where exactly is this place?
Chapel of the chimes. Oakland California
The niches are way too high for friends and relatives to pay their respects.
I know, but that’s how a lot of them are designed
