    Amazing. He always brings tears to my eyes - so much of the Father's heart comes through when he shares his testimony. We love you Paul!!!!

    Paul came into my life 3 years ago, when I was very delusional about God. If God isn't perfect, he is just a human like you and me. And I want a perfect God. Paul is the first person to show me the perfect God. I listen to Paul every night before I go to sleep. Been doing it for 3 years. Thank you Paul.

      Exactly! I am thinking the same thing! I've been praying about greater understanding, especially of the cross, but generally of the whole Trinity in You idea. I was especially sending out that specific prayer today. And this was the first teaching Papa sent to my feed today. It explains soooo much❤🙏👏👏👏.

    Never tire of listening to Paul. We are all singer 🌲. God is more an artist that works with the trees grooves, not attempt to violate their unique tone. The artist submits to the wood. Think about that…it’s profound.

    Hey I’m just exploring this new perspective and I’m not for or against it just exploring. I was wondering if William Paul Young talks about that verse where Jesus basically says to these people who were practicing Christianity as they understood it, then they get to heaven and Jesus is like, sorry guys I never knew you - get away from me you guys who do bad stuff Matt 7:21-23.

  • @choicest1
    @choicest1 Год назад +1

    Well I am aware that Ananias and Sapphira were laid dead by the Spirit so alarm bells are going off. Obviously Paul is not considering this.

    • @hillcityindiana
      @hillcityindiana  Год назад

      There are a lot of theories about how they died. The Scripture does not say the Spirit killed them or God for that matter. There are many who argue Peter was the one who killed them - hence why fear filled the church and they were buried improperly according to Jewish custom.

    • @choicest1
      @choicest1 Год назад +1

      @@hillcityindiana Good luck with that theory as Peter would be in gaol for murder. How this can be seen other than both parties lying to the Spirit and a Divine reprocusion taking place is a misappropriation.

    The use of 2 Sam 14:14 does not support wisdom in my opinion. It was a story of deception from the woman who stated this in context. However, this does not negate the other blessed things he said.

    Both heaven and hell are not a geographical place, but a state of mind.

  • @rapidforming
    @rapidforming Год назад

    Saying God is under the Law is biblically Wrong. He made the Law for human like Jesus who was fully human, (and also fully divine). Biblically theres a lot of verses saying there is hell, eternal consious torment for those who will preach a gospel other than Paul's gospel(Gal.1:8-9).

    • @eekay5710
      @eekay5710 Год назад

      Gal 1:8,9 does not talk of hell as you have it sir.
      Galatians 1:8,9
      But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. 9.As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed.

    • @eekay5710
      @eekay5710 Год назад

      Although the word "hell" appears in the Bible, it only was brought in during the time churches decided to have more control over people (fear;💰). That was the perception of many in those day, but the word 'hell' is definitely translated wrong.
      ---
      The next paragraph is by DA Taylor from his book EXECUTED to suppress His message:
      Hell is a false doctrine.
      The doctrine of hell was created by the Catholic Church to scare people into becoming Christians. And the doctrine worked so well, that most Protestant churches added it to their list of doctrines.
      ---
      The most common words that are used, are the Hebrew word Sheol & the Greek word Gehenna, Tartaro & Hades. Sometimes Abussos are also used as ref to 'hell'.
      SHEOL - this word is mostly used in the OT where 'hell' could be interpretated, but it is only refers to the 'place' where everybody who dies, go. Temporary, only where the bodies were put in 'rest', nót a place of eternal punishment of any negative scare thought. We can also call this place the grave.
      People of faith in the Old Test like king David (Ps 49:16 and 88:4), Jacob/Israel (Gen 37:35) and Hiskia (Jes 38:10) knew they were going to this 'place of rest', the grave). Súrely these 3 men never would ended up in the so-called' hell' as we have it in our thoughts!
      HADES simply means 'not to see'. Spiritual blindness. Jesus in John 9 to the Pharisees & the man born blind.

      Don't think you quite understand what he said about God being under the law. 20:00 Have you listened to the message further? Would be good if you listen to it again, but this time with a soft receptive heart. 💞

    46:50. I know these things are not part of God's plan. But I struggle with the concept of a God who is supposed to be Love and good all the time in the light of a creation where these things are possible, and knowing that they were going to happen, God creates anyway? That is not an act of Love. At least not love as I know it .

    • @hillcityindiana
      @hillcityindiana  Год назад +1

      Fair criticism. I (Cory) struggle with the same concept and not sure there's even a good answer. I do know being willing to ask that question, as well as be frustrated by it, is part of the journey. Wherever you end up landing in regards to faith.

    'And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent'. John 17:3 NKJV
    'This life of the ages, invites them to engage in the *inexhaustible adventure of knowing you, the only true God and Jesus as the Christ whom you have commissioned. (The word, *ginōskōsin, to learn to know, to perceive, to understand; in the Present Active Subjunctive form with hina [subject clause], "should keep on knowing").
