I modified my Dared 845 monoblock amplifiers (class A) Before, I rated them 3/5. After 5/5. Replaced output capacitors with paper in oil caps ( much more detailed that polypropylene but about $150 each. 5 Expensive Japanese resistors output. And the last mod which I didn't do (lost the instructions) was better earthing of a valve. Wow the difference to detail, soundstage no longer just left and right but deep and up and down too. The amp background noise reduced hugely. Consider replacing caps with paper in oils. Of course, to appreciate soundstage you need a proper listening room like mine.
Hello budy, how are you? It's a beautiful device, it must be great to be able to work with GPX6000. It's my dream to have a device like this. But the reality here in Brazil and another the device and a lot of cars before I would have to find a good amount of gold to be able to buy it. or sell an organ lol. but how not I'm going to be able to buy one, I keep watching your videos, they're all great, congratulations. I'm passionate about detectorism, it runs through my veins even more brother
It can made quieter, the lower the amount of self generated noise coupling with the input signal the better the target detection and in many cases improved ground balancing.
I recently dropped my detector and a warning symbol came on. I then took the battery out and put it back on and it was running normal again, but I can hear something rattling around in the housing when I move it around. I'm keen to take it apart to find what's fallen loose but don't know if I'd be avoiding warranty? And how much would minelab charge to fix it? Bloody annoying I've dropped my 7000 a million times with no issue. 6000 is a great detector but just doesn't seem like it's built good enough for the money you pay.

I think I would use a tredo seal instead of the o-ring in that case. Thanks for great tech videos!
Cool idea

You can do it!
Hello, which of the 70*0.20 ----40*0.10 mm cables would be suitable for the mono coil, thank you.
70 X 0.2
Hi, l did injoy your look at all the detectors, is the SDC 2300 worth modifying, thank you.

Faults and Ridiculous prices when there's no real competition ATM no need to have a 100% perfect machine 😂

It’s most likely a bit of hot melt glue that’s fallen off.
@@DetectorMods cheers sound's like a bolt rattling around in it but got me worried haha
20mm is electrical gland size get a ip washer from electrical wholesalers
Thanks
Hey Woody, what are you charging for this to be done, cheers Anthony
I have to calculate it, depends if you want the whole lot or just part done.
the parts in this gpx 6000 look very low quality 4500 5000 better
