I followed this video but sad to know that this is not applicable now because If we use record trigger flow then there is no need to to get record or create record. We hav to simply write the condition to update. Please update the video if possible.

Check your get record element in the flow, that is not implemented correctly. You can debug your flow to find errors.
sir if we want all the requirements like count of records when contacts get create,update,delete in a single flow...is it possible in one flow sir?
Create and update in one flow and for delete different flow.
