- Amrita Singh came to Vancouver in 1992 for a concert in Vancouver. She was a new bride as she had just married Saif Ali Khan, 12 years younger to her.
For this concert she had come with Farah, Raj Kumar, Chunky Pandey, and Govinda. Her sister Tabu and then boyfriend Vidhu also were with her. After the interview, Amrita, Tabu Farah and Vidhu came home for a home cooked meal and my Mom made Paranthas, Saag and Daal for them, which they ate with lots of appreciation and love.
She talks with so much dignity and simplicity 🤗 she sounds very soothing❤️ Sara is like her Mother!

Those were the days, the interviewers used to ask the questions in a very polite and humble manner, because it was Doordarshan, then came the private media houses, who just shout and think that they are interviewing and doing their jobs, except some good journalists
The journalists in India today are zahil, butameez, arrogant and brainless fools. The education standards for journalists in universities is at the bottom. They only learn to shout, yell and provide their commentary duriing interviews. They interrupt and do not let the other person speak. Their english accent, words are horrible. Earlier it was madrasis with horrible english accents and now all. Essentially becoming a country of chutias for chutias.

Saif left her long before kareena.. after her he was in a live in relationship with a gori lady.. eventually during tashan movie he proposed kareena.. by the time saif reached his 30s amrita had started looking like his mother.. bc she is much older than saif n didnt age gracefully.. she was even possessive about saif when they were married.. even at his age saif looks nice
