Unfortunately, beyond support with weapons, funds and munition, no NATO country will do anything unless there's an obvious, undeniable act of aggression from Russia towards a NATO member. One of the big concerns of Western nations, around the war in Ukraine, is to not give even the slightest real reason to Russia to complain about NATO being a bully. Any direct intervention of NATO on behalf of Ukraine would be such reason, since there's no international treaty or agreement of any kind that can be used as a legal basis for such an intervention.
