1. Shrimp ( 12 oz, size 41-50 ), roughly chopped.
2. Cilantro, chopped
3. Green onion, sliced
4. Mint, chopped
5. Galangal, finely minced
6. Toasted rice powder
7. Chili powder
8. Msg
9. Salt
BROTH INGREDIENTS
1. Water, 3 cups
2. Fermented fish sauce
3. Lemongrass

Would it be the same taste if we cook the strimps by boiling it in boiling hot water? I don't feel comfortable eating raw strimps it look delicious your way. Thank you for sharing!
