Great tour Lyn!!! I believe the little opuntia with no ID is opuntia fragilis. This is native to the plains states . I remember it in North Dakota when I was a kid and lived there for a year and a half . It grows in the grass along side opuntia polycantha and Coryphantha (Escoberia)vivipara. Takes sub zero cold during winter! Thanks for sharing your great opuntia collection with us!!! From Morris Park in the Ozarks, to across the emerald isle, have a wonderful day!!! Peace, Love, Plants!!! ✌️💖🌵🌴🍀🌿🌱🌸🌳🪴🌾🌻💐🌷🌹😃👍

Another great Opuntia video!! That small Opuntia looked like an Opuntia Fragilis at first and second glance, it is so cute! I'm looking to get one soon myself, I've found one at a native plants garden center about 45 minute drive from where I live. My plant friend and I will be taking a trip there soon 😊 Thank you for posting this fantastic video, sending happy plant vibes to you from Seattle, WA USA!

I got cuttings of the white spine alba opuntia two years ago, and I really really like it! I just moved one into a larger pot, and am propagating it like crazy. :) All my cacti and succents got moved outdoors yesterday. They love it already. :) I'm sure you two are VERY excited for your first season with the new p. tunnel.. I sure hope it brings great things!

I officially dislike Opuntias because of the glochids, but I still keep acquiring new ones so it can't be a very strong dislike! My smallish collection of them is now all outside and growing well. I even had a Brasiliopuntia survive outside over winter in a very sheltered spot, I was testing it out and have a couple of backup cuttings indoors for good measure. I probably didn't need them, at least not this year!
Thanks Lyn for sharing and I'm looking forward to the full Opuntia update in a few weeks. Wishing you and Hans all the best from back in Northern Spain 🌵🙂💚
