A Fantastic Performance! Thank you! Op.72 is one of my favorite solo piano collection of Tchaikovsky. The variety of themes and moods are fabulously combined in a collection which take you through a pleasant journey of roller-coaster pathos. Particularly, the Elegiac Song (#14), the Meditation (#5) and the Dialogue (#8) take your breath away. The virtuosity in Impromptu (#1) and Quintuple Walz (#16) is mind-boggling and beautifully played by Asiya. More so are the Scherzo-Fantasy (#10) and Trepak (#18). The Scherzo-Fantasy was later orchestrated and used by Semyon Bogatyryev in a movement for the reconstructed Symphony 7. There are also two pieces as tribute to Chopin and Schumann.
Такой Чайковский просвечивает в "Щелкунчике"! (и то - только у Мравинского) - Ася прореживает романсную "душевности" и слышен гул ХХ века - дух исполниких вызовов. Браво!
Brava, I feel Tchaikovsky’s presence during your performance so clear so deep. The fact that it is taking place in Udmurtia, at midnight on November the 6th ( the day of his passing) I just can not ask for more in my life. I wish I was there, to experience this heaven on Earth trascendental moment.

Asiyah is simply one of the finest pianists we have, today, as this performance amply demonstrates. Each of these RUclips uploads is a gift.

Incredible pianist, incredible piano, incredible semi-live performance ♥
Thank you so much! Not sure what you mean by "semi-live" performance though - it was captured live from a public concert😊
Слушала эту миниатюру в исполнении Михаила Плетнева. Была потрясена.
Beautiful. ... and Leonardian hairdo.
Muy muy bien interpretado
