உண்மையில் பொருளாதார அடிப்படையில் இட ஒதுக்கீடுகள் என்பது சமூக அளவில் வழங்கப்படும் இட ஒதுக்கீடுகளில் உள் ஒதுக்கீடாக வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும். ஏன்னெனில் வருமானம் மற்றும் வசதி வாய்ப்புகள் இல்லாத நிலையில் உயர் கல்விக்கான வாய்ப்புகளை இழப்பவர்களுக்கு தீர்வு ஏற்படும்.
ஜாதி அடிப்படையில் இன்னும் எத்தனை ஆண்டுகள் இடஒதுக்கீடு, எல்லா ஜாதியிலும் பொருளாதார அடிப்படையில் பின் தங்கியவர்கள் இருக்கிறார்கள். ( உதாரணமாக ஜாதி அடிப்படையில் ஒதுக்கீடு பெற்று ஒரே குடும்பத்தை சேர்ந்த 4-5 பேர் அரசு வேலையில் இருக்கிறார்கள் அதே ஜாதியில் இதுவரை ஒருவர் கூட மேல் படிப்பிற்கு வசதி இல்லாமல், சரியான வேலையும் கிடைக்காமல் இருக்கிறார்கள்)
இனி இடஒதுக்கீடு என்பது முதல் தலைமுறை பட்டதாரி மற்றும் முதல் தலைமுறை அரசு வேலை என்ற அடிப்படையில் இருந்தால் எல்லோரும் சரியான வாய்ப்பை பெறுவார்கள்.
Selection மதிப்பெண்கள் கூட ஜாதி அடிப்படையில் என்பது கொடுமையான விஷயம்.
ஜாதியை வைத்து அரசியல் செய்பவர்கள் இந்த தீர்ப்பை ஏற்று கொள்ள மாட்டார்கள்.

@@Rathinavell2003 That's one of criteria, Many of them who belongs to OC category income is below 2 Lakhs. Don't create fuss among people. Take the data and Talk. I belong to Vellalar community and my family income is below 3 lakh per annum.

Not all the sc/st got reservation benefits ,many of them still dropped out from school and worked as daily labour because of the family struggle . Reservation is not a economic development tool .it was making people equal to one another . If you truely believes in economic development then how you are okay to exclude sc/st in ews ,you should makes all community to benefit from ews .do you think scst is became rich ??why you exclude them??

அதோடு நீங்கள் சொன்னது போல ஜாதி அடிப்படையில் இடஒதுக்கீடு பெறுபவர்களுக்கு மீண்டும் எப்படி பொருளாதார இட ஒதுக்கீடும் கொடுக்க முடியும். அப்படியே பொருளாதார அடிப்படையில் இட ஒதுக்கீடும் வேண்டும் எனில் ஜாதி அடிப்படையிலான இட ஒதுக்கீடு வேண்டாம் என்று ஏற்று கொள்ளுங்கள்.

Economically weaker Section is for all who does not have a caste certificate, regardless of the caste he/she was born in. Therefore if an BC, MBC, SC or ST want to be part of casteless society and opt out of caste certificate, that person will be eligible to compete in EWS category, provided the person's family fits into the EWS eligibility criteria.
