I believe you may need to adjust your seat to when you squat it is a 90 angle from you heels to your booty. Also be sure to put your heels on the paddle with toes up. I didn’t know that I had to do this is the beginning and it makes a difference. :)

Kimberly Pyle I just did RUclips workout. I would also put my own technique into it as well. For example, if it was a ten minute video I would sometime extend it and change the rhythm so I knew I was getting a good workout in every other day.
I do about 10 minutes on the DB method and workout for 15 minutes with no equipment. I’ll be making a video more about what I eat and what workouts I’ve been doing starting in September. :)
You should try putting your heels right on the paddle where when your squatting your only putting pressure on your heels. This should help with only working the butt muscles. Also I find that when I do low squats and use weights it makes it even better.

It's really hard for some people to get proper form and ,therefore, results minus injury; maybe even more so , if you're heavier. Maintaining balance is challenging. This could offer support for those people...
Hi Elizabeth! I wanted to tell you to adjust your seat to where when you squat your butt is in the middle of the seat. Also, put your heals on the paddle with your toes pointed up. This helps you feel the burn in your back thighs and glutes. :)
No just maintained the booty since I didn’t really change my workout too much. I’m sure if I had boosted my protein intake and possibly had done more weights it would have grown. But I think for my body type I’m not able to exceed. Just my thought💭
