    I can definitely see a difference from the first vid. You should keep using it. I’ve seen girls that didn’t have much continually grow. It looks really nice by the way.

    what's also good to add , studying holistic medicine for years...ashwaganda and Ginger root are really good as well : ) tumeric will help will inflammation that's the result of a nice workout

    I did the same thing with ankle weighs but it will
    mess up the straps over time.

    Sis those cakes came in 🍑✨ I saw the first video and this update and I have to say great job!! I’m getting myself a machine ASAP-also have to try that shake for myself. I have a nutribullet and I only make the same smoothie every time.

      catherine Matish: hi there I love this machine I highly recommend it, you have to stay motivated and do your workouts to see results! I was skeptical about purchasing it because $280 ish is a big deal but it’s worth every single penny! ❤️

      @@azusenasalinas Thanks for the reply. I see different review results. Some say they lose weight and their butt has gotten smaller, others say it grows their butt. I'm wanting to grow mine some.

    Great results omg! I got the db too! Just fyi one yoga instructor said running is one excercise that can deflate women curves... idk if thats true but see if you notice a difference.

    I've had mine for 2 weeks and so far so good. had a hard time initially feeling the burn.

      I did too. I think the best thing to do is pick a timeframe. Let’s say it’s 15 minutes than do it for 15 minutes straight without stopping. You will feel the burn.

    You can Def see a change in results from the first videos!!! And having a flat squishy butt sucks. I just got this machine yesterday, and am so excited. I hope I have half the results you have!

    Hi thanks for the video . I just got the machine however I only feel the workout on my thighs and not my glutes 😞 am I using the machine incorrectly? Any tips will help. Thanks

      I believe you may need to adjust your seat to when you squat it is a 90 angle from you heels to your booty. Also be sure to put your heels on the paddle with toes up. I didn’t know that I had to do this is the beginning and it makes a difference. :)

    I’m am weighing at 265 is there a weight limit to use this? Also do u think over weight people can use this? Thank you for your reviews

      The maximum weight is 250.
      But if you are still interested you can deffinetly do the Ab workouts with this machine 😊

      Kimberly Pyle I just did RUclips workout. I would also put my own technique into it as well. For example, if it was a ten minute video I would sometime extend it and change the rhythm so I knew I was getting a good workout in every other day.

    How many squats did you do per day and for how long per day? Would love to mimic your efforts!

      I do about 10 minutes on the DB method and workout for 15 minutes with no equipment. I’ll be making a video more about what I eat and what workouts I’ve been doing starting in September. :)

    I got the db method and for the life of me can't seem to feel any burn outside of my quads! If anyone has any tips that would be great!

      You should try putting your heels right on the paddle where when your squatting your only putting pressure on your heels. This should help with only working the butt muscles. Also I find that when I do low squats and use weights it makes it even better.

      Kristen Almonte yes, it works a lot of your lower body. I try and only target my butt so I’ll do mid to low squats most of the time. :)

      Yes, this machine can help with weight loss. If you is for 30 minutes a day you can raise you resting metabolic rate. This helps you body burn calories during resting points. You’ll notice the longer you use the machine per day you Heart rate changes. You”lol start sweating so drink lots of water and also know that once your burning fat your gaining muscle. 🙂 I’m not a professional with this thing but I know that it changes your body in a good way.

      It's really hard for some people to get proper form and ,therefore, results minus injury; maybe even more so , if you're heavier. Maintaining balance is challenging. This could offer support for those people...

      Hi Elizabeth!
      I wanted to tell you to adjust your seat to where when you squat your butt is in the middle of the seat. Also, put your heals on the paddle with your toes pointed up. This helps you feel the burn in your back thighs and glutes. :)

      No just maintained the booty since I didn’t really change my workout too much. I’m sure if I had boosted my protein intake and possibly had done more weights it would have grown. But I think for my body type I’m not able to exceed. Just my thought💭
