I'll be in Dumaguete this time next week (1st time in the Philippines). I ride a motorbike here in the UK with a full bike licence and I've been looking online for somewhere in Dumaguete that rents out motorbikes rather than scooters. Nothing too fast or fancy, just a standard 250 - 400 will do. If anyone has any recommendations pls let me know.
