@@2112percussion_ oh man, I’ve been saving up to buy a new head from a boutique company “Kentville”, in Australia. Kangaroo hide, $90(!), sound great on brushes, and last literally years apparently. But, might have have to check that one out before I pull the trigger :)

Cherry is a great sounding wood for drums and should be used more frequently. This drum sounds great!
