This has become the BEST Test server tradition: The Nub and YST collabs. For Ilysinya I could see myself building her to give an option to use for 2nd or 3rd team or as an affinity pick but Uugo still comes out slightly ahead for me. Not a bad champ at all though and a good addition to the game.

I love building HP champs in BOLSTER with high HP s . I think she would be awesome in a Bolster set
Uugo has 100% chance to block buffs though so I don't think she's better than Uugo. Maybe if you have an insane endgame build with reflex set and refresh accessories and she becomes able to consistently apply it she will be better because she'll do more damage but the barrier to entry is so much higher. You don't need Uugo in any special set, just need the stats and she hums.
Even if she was, having 2 built, she would have to be significantly better to build her too

Surely I'm not the only one to notice this champion was suppose to be knight rev?? Shes like a rework of golden reaper lol same hair face and everything!! Even looking closer the color scheme of the armor is exactly the same

Question:
Can a small of a buff/debuff be applied the same time with a big version??
No. Bigger replace when we tall about reduce defense or atack. But im not sure how it works with poisons for example. I would say poisons stack untill the debuf bar is full. In case of hp burn, if you apply a hp burn with a rare...and you would like to apply an epic or legebdary (more damage) hp burn...you are fucked. In that case, avoid that skills until the suitable hp burn is placed.
Dang I was gonna make a HP burn team including artack, Selina night cloak, bulwark, Ilysinya for arena and maybe two others for Hydra as long as they've got utility, vizier and tatura?

Umbral enchantress is the other contender, she's the most reliable, brings a provoke on an encase needed also.
I would prefer a provoke set before using his lockdown ability for a long fight. But im asking myself too if it could be worth it to bring enchantress to hidra zone
why take the 5% crit when she already had 105% crit rate?
cause attack does nothing for her, and you may regear in the future

Hey Nub, just little critique. You are mispronouncing excoriating light. A quick google search for excoriating will get you on track. ;) Keep up the content, great stuff.
as soon as it says 'relentless' on a champ like this its a vault champion for me. relentless is too good/rare to put on a champ like this. of course this does not mean they are a vault champ :)
