Looks like an INCREDIBLE setup, and really nice graphics. Haven't time to watch the whole thing right now, but excited to check it out later on. Good job!
From the technical aspect of the battle report, this was fantastic to watch for attention to detail. And thank you for not consistently doing jokes, and just playing, and having fun while recording.
That was a really nicely done battle report. The overlays are really good too. As a new player I really like all the explaining aswell. And oh my that Marspider really made up for failing to fix the stigmata twice..
Well, first, thanks for watching and your kind words. We really appreciate it. Was there anything, as a new player, we could do better? And yes, but I shall have my revenge on that guy. Next game, he dies first!
@@thedicegodswg after taking a few minutes to think about it and making sort of a check list at most I would personally say more hand cams so we get a closer look at the pretty models. You showed the list and we're very thorough in your reasoning for taking the units you did and your game plan with the team in general. You showed all the rolls and explained the interaction between the skills and abilities, which toe is the most important thing about infinity and most tricky While writing this, one thing that could make a difference but to me is not super important because of having the hand cam. And most likely rather expensive too. A camera on the opposite end of the table since with all the terrain some of the movements were a bit tricky to see.
Still trying to get into this game, at least get into a tutorial session on TTS, or play on tts with another newbie. Your vids are definitely keeping my interest in the game, and helping me to understand how it plays. Thanks a bunch! Definitely looking to invest in a small number of minis, maybe get a starter pack when N5 comes out.
Where are you from? Are there no warcors around to help? Also, the essentials range sounds perfect for you. It will be a small number of minis, terrain and dice for really cheap to help folks get into the game. It arrives around the year's end.
these are great batreps, one point of constructive criticism tho is that when you guys cut the audio to speed up the video it is kind of jarring. i think some commentary or music would really help. just my 2 cents
Great battle report! Really enjoyed it, but I had a weird audio issue. The male voice came out on the right speaker and the female voice came out my left speaker, which was exactly opposite of the players in the video. I don't make content so I'm not sure if this was even something that could be control or if it was just a quirk of my tablet. As I said enjoyed report, but I wanted to mention it in case it is an easy fix for the next report because I know some people are more finicky about audio then I am.
First, thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it. We noticed the issue post launch, it's to do with the radio mics we're using. We'll fix it for the next one! Thanks for raising it, we appreciate the input.
It's honestly refreshing, as a new player to hear people saying things like "I just wanted to see what this was like, because I thought it would be fun". God bless the veteran players who share their experience, it's so valuable for learning - but... I just want to buy, paint and play the cool models, and have cinematic moments with the game. I'm going to do everything I've been told not to do and goddammit I'll enjoy myself doing it. One question - what size table are you playing on please? Is it a 4x4' ?
Yup, that's a 4x4. The angle of the cam makes it look odd. And yes, competitive play is important. But, for us, first and foremost, your hobby should be fun!
a lot of effort has gone into this - I know....well done. keep em coming
Thanks man, means a lot from you. More on deck soon!
Glad to have some good looking infinity batreps before n5 drops, great work guys!
Thank you! Even more on the way, and we're gonna get better too

Thanks so much! Let us know what you think when you have time. :)
The carnage! Lilith's fireteam goes brrrrrr.... fireteams seem really wildly potent in N4.
Haha, she is vicious. But fireteams are, as with all things, a mix of good and bad.
As an infinity junkie i say more, give me more, please! Please?. Also, liked, commented etc. Was already subbed so i cant do that one. lol.
Well, they're coming! Especially with the enthusiasm you're giving us! Thanks for the support.
@@thedicegodswg Don't waste time replying to me, get those dice rolling! lol.:)

Thank you! Glad you liked it. We enjoy our games, and so wanted that on screen too.
Loved the video! It's not often used, but you can spend a command token to re-roll an engineer skill on a trooper with remote presence.
We realised that she missed that during the edit! Thanks for watching, glad you liked it.
Please more battle reports ! Love your content ❤
Thanks so much! More on the way...
great batrep ! thx guys
You're welcome, thanks for watching.
Nice table, good br, thanks for the video!
Thanks, and you're most welcome.
Great battle report, a lot of fun to watch. Love the alternate color schemes of both paint jobs.

@mortenchristiansen5884 thanks so much for the considered answer. I agree. More in action shots are needed! Will work on that for number 2!
Great video! Thanks for helping a new player get a good sense of the game. What beautiful terrain set is that?
You're most welcome. That terrain is Micro Art Studios, all pre painted, lovely stuff
I would love to see more battle reports from y'all! It was really fun to watch, even if my beloved Yu Jing got pummeled!
They are planned.
It's a matter of timing! Right now, the next ones you'll see will probably be N5 in nature... ;)
Dude and dudette, Awesome job! Love the in depth explanations with the lists. Keep 'm coming!
Thanks so much! More coming...

So we shall. Thanks for watching.
LOVE the Steel City dice tray (not that I'm biased or anything 😜)

Fair point! Thanks for watching and your input.
Great batrep! really fun! Question: couldn't you use command tokens to reroll the engineering roll? ref: around 56:00 ish, menspider killed the tag
Yup, you're 100% right. Lillith picked it up in the edit and was a "little" annoyed!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you draw classifieds before the Lt. roll? 👀
Yes.
You do, indeed. That is trying to get the filming right more than focusing on the game, right there!
I forget to congratulate u for the painting of miniature! Expecially Bakunin
Thank you! Lillith does lovely work.

One question - what size table are you playing on please? Is it a 4x4' ?
300 points are considered a standard game, played on a 4'x4' table.
Yup, that's a 4x4. The angle of the cam makes it look odd.
And yes, competitive play is important. But, for us, first and foremost, your hobby should be fun!
Thanks for watching and your kind words.
That turn 1 is hurting my bromad heart. Was an engineering reroll with a command token not an option for fixing the stigmata?
We realised during the edit! 🫣

Is this scenery from CB?
No, that's Micro Art Studio from Poland. You can find more reviews of their terrain on the channel with more coming soon.
